    I WANT A FULL REFUND! I recently deleted my account (i.e. today) with Calendly. I signed up in March and completely forgot about it until I was charged today for the month of April on my credit card ending in ****. Otherwise, I would not have known about reoccurring charges because I did not receive alerts, notifications, or monthly statements alerts. When I attempted to request a refund on the website, the chat bot did not recognize what I was asking for and of course, to no avail I ultimately ended up filing this complaint because any other way of attempting to contact Calendly would result in absolutely nothing occurring. Cancelling my account should have happened sooner, since I only planned to use it for the month of March, which didn't produce the results I was looking for anyways. I would like both months refunded.

    The transaction happened on 12/29/2023. They renewed my annual subscription for $96 dollars without any previous message indicating this. At the same time, it is not letting me access my account to cancel future charges. It only gives me an "error message" no option to reset password. I have tried contacting the company online and it only gives me a bot asking me tons of questions, giving me a "reference number" telling me someone from the company will email me shortly and I have not received any email yet. There is no customer services number or email available to contact someone and talk about the problem I'm facing. Without that, I won't be able to log in to my account and therefore, not able to cancel my subscription again for next year.

    We pay for premium support and have 5 annual plans with Calendly. We have reached out to them multiple times in e-mail for support, with their support guaranteeing a 24 hour turn around. We have sent 5+ emails for the past 2 weeks and still do not hear back from them.This is not the first time that this has happened and we are constantly ignored by the Company despite paying for it.We are paying for premium support and demand the company provide to us what we are paying for.

    This company provides a service that does not work properly with my phone number based on my time zone. I was scheduled a meeting for a follow up interview and I was forwarded from there service via text message a link to confirm my appointment at 1:45. I confirmed my appointment for my meeting mountain time, the meeting was actually at 12:45 mountain time but this service for businesses does not work and they are being charged for a service that it cannot work correctly, it cannot provide a service for customers or businesses that use this service because it will confirm you for a appointment that is one hour late. Which is not conducive for providing a service that is supposed to connect businesses with clients or be the intermediary for confirming appointments that are incorrectly formatted to help you make your appointment on time. But it had me confirm an appointment an hour late than what was scheduled from the inception of the service being provided. Because it had me confirm an appointment for 1:45 mountain time.
