i place and order on line. the order did not show on there app are doordash. i called popeye to see if the order went through. and it did. the said i had to come in an pick up. i said ok. but the man from the store call back and said that doordash was there to pick up. i said ok. i received my order and the bag was open. and one of the items was missing. i call door dash. and talk to them for 10 mins. they tell me to call popeye back. these businee take no responiable for any thing not door dash not popeye eye. for popeye i just suppose to take the loss. i work every day for my money. and to to treated your customer like just deal with it really.Initial Complaint

The Business was unable to provide a Receipt for the Purchase inclusive of the credit Card information (last 4 digits of the credit card) as requested. This information is mandatory for Accounting/Reimbursement of Funds and the lack thereof prevents doing business with Popeyes. I was Advised to contact for no assistance is available. I placed an order with Popeyes on December 30, spending $96.99, and I never received it. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by reaching out via email and creating several support tickets. Unfortunately, no one from Popeyes has responded to any of my inquiries.This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expect better service from a company of this size, and the way they have handled this situation has been extremely disappointing. I want a full refund for the order I never received.Given this experience, I will not be ordering from Popeyes again and would caution others to consider their customer service track record before doing business with them. We placed a large $147.94 order on 12/31/24 at 6:54pm for pickup at 9:15pm. My husband arrived at the store on time but once he got to the window and told them he was picking up this order, the worker went away from the window for a few minutes and came back and said, we didnt see this order so its not made/ready and we are about to close now and turned him away! The employee refused to prepare the food, refused his request to speak to a manager, and refused his request for a refund. Now, we have attempted to contact their corporate support twice with no resolution. It was posted online that this Popeyes was open 12/25/24 I placed several food orders but when I arrived the store was closed. I attempted to pick up my food today and the store refused to give me my purchased items. The supervisor refused to give me a phone number to contact the manager or customer service.
