      I placed an online order 10 am on 12/20/24, for a 10:35 am pick up. When my pick up person arrived at restaurant, he called me & said my order had been cancelled because the restaurant didnt have any chicken. Popeyes still took my $129.56 payment and did not provide the food. *****, the manager was very rude, unprofessional and unapologetic.

      Theres hair in my food and every time I come order some food there are problems either is spoiled not cooked properly or theres stuff in the food

      I ordered form Popeyes Total: $31.37 for 1.Festive Family Big Box=4 pieces of chicken, 4 strips, 4 biscuits, 2 fries, 2 coleslaw..the order was delivered timely by Grubhub, order 98, was attached t o the bag; within was chicken burned beyond recognition, 2 biscuits 1 fry and 1 coleslaw. I called Popeyes I was told come back in we will make it right; I explained I received the order by delivery because I could not come in person. I was advised anytime within 30 days my name would be in the book. The next day I was ***** to go back Dec 17th, I took my receipt requested a full refund and showed the pictures I took of the food before throwing it out, I was told they (Popeyes) are not allowed to give refunds they could replace the food ONLY. That's when I got loud and security was called, I stated Popeyes is allowed to sell food that is inedible but they take issue with refunds I also said I would not start a fight over Chicken or the $24.00 I spent, but I am no longer a ********. This was the 2nd time I had gotten incinerated food from that store location, I was among their first ******** when the opened, the food was terrible I complained however, it was more advise, I told the manager, a man, who was training staff, I would allow that things may go wrong so soon after opening with training staff and all but I expected great things from this store; I am very disappointed.Ordered: Dec 16, 2024 5:11:29pm Order number: #********-3114654 ******************* **************

      There is no bathroom available for usage at the restaurant. How are the staff themselves expected to wash their hands, or to urinate or defecate more broadly?!

      I ordered my food, waited 10 minutes, no bid deal because I understand its fast food and its going to be a wait. My issue is when I received my family meal it was cold. Inside of the box with my meal it was full of ingredients inside, I find it unsanitary. My chicken, fries and Red beans /rice was cold.

The app placed order at **************************************************************** I asked for refund they agreed. I then attempted to place order using the map locator. I typed in the address for ****** SC. My order went to ***********. I asked for another refund no response. There should be two refunds.

      I ordered food for $24.23 on 12/13/2024 at 1258 (via the Popeye's app). I arrived at the restaurant at 1320 but no part of the order was ready. I waited as long as I could, until 1335 but never received any part of the order. I was on my way to work. I explained I had to be to work by 1400 and that I'd need a refund. The manager advised I'd gave to get the refund online due to the order being placed online via the app. I contacted their company support online email addresses starting at 1430 on 12/13;2024. I've sent several requests since but have heard nothing vack whatsoever.

      Me and my family had caught food POISONING from Popeye's at ********************************************* on 12/04/2024. I also contacted the health department in ************ and left voice mails on 12/05/2024 to the numbers ********************************* I have yet to get any call from them in regards to filing a former complaint for Popeye's unsanitary food handling practices. I was told by the ** at the ************ location on OLD NATIONAL and the agents over the phone I Would get a call and HAVE NOT. On 12/10/2024, My fiance had to drive me to ***************** because I had a light heart attack, Heavy MIGRAINE, Burning and tingling in my arms on my left side where my heart is. I was then directed to see a cardiologist to see about my heart attack At ANOTHER HOSPITAL. My Wife was sick and my Child THREW UP the same night after eating Popeye's CHICKEN WINGS. I WILL BE SEEKING LITIGATION FOR PAIN & SUFFERING .

      **************************************************************************** on December 10, 2024.I placed an order through **** Eats for 26-piece boneless wings as part of a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promotion. The order was scheduled for pickup at 7:30 PM. We arrived at the location at 9:25 PM and My son went in to pick up the order, only to be told by the staff that it had been CANCELLED due to stock issues.The situation became even more frustrating when I discovered that I was charged $13.30 for the order, even though I did not receive it. Despite researching online and seeing claims that such transactions are typically reversed in a few days, this has not been the case for me.When I contacted **** Eats for a refund, they denied my request, stating it was outside their 48-hour refund window. Furthermore, on December 14, 2024, I returned to the Popeyes location to request either the order or a resolution. However, the staff at the location refused to assist or provide any remedy, even after confirming that they had marked the order as "picked up" in their system.I was CHARGED $13.30 for an order that I did not receive.Popeyes staff confirmed on their system that my order was picked up, which was false and appears INTENTIONAL.**** Eats denied my refund request due to the staff's actions and their policy.When I attempted to resolve the issue directly AGAIN with the Popeyes location, they refused to help and dismissed my concerns.This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of your staff and operations. I believe that it should be considered as being UNETHICAL and **********'s super ridiculous that I have spent some time for this sorta stupid business practices.
