I ordered a turkey from Popeyes for Thanksgiving for $99.00 (see attachment). It was supposed to be shipped and I got a *** tracking number with my order confirmation (see attachment). However, the turkey never shipped and when I contacted Popeyes about the situation for the third time, an agent told me that it was a pick up order and the pick up window had closed by the time I inquired about the status of the order. When I informed the agent that I got a tracking number with my order, the agent informed me that someone else will help me. I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Popeyes. Popeyes does not even have a customer help line where one can speak to a human. **************** is automated, and each time it took several days before anyone contacted me, and it was never direct communication. They only communicate by e-mail and some e-mails don't even address the concerns of the customer. The first time I contacted **********************, the e-mail thanked me for the order and Popeyes was happy the issue was resolved.Initial Complaint

On 12/6 I went to Popeyes to purchase food for my family and was charged twice for the same meal. Upon arriving at the drive thru window the cashier told me total which was *****. I have my bank card to complete purchase, I noticed the employee had my card for several minutes after receiving it. After 2-4 mins she returned to tell me she needed a new form of payment. I explained the payment went through because there was an alert on my account for the transaction. I showed the employee and the manager and she proceeded to tell me I had to use another form of payment and that the original payment would return to my card. So I then gave my cash app card for payment and it was completed. The manager ensured me the payment would not post and if it did to return to the store for refund with bank statements. I returned to store the following day and explained the situation and showed bank statements with posted payments. After waiting an hour the manager explained they didnt see the transaction and to wait again several days to see a returned payment. After waiting several days neither payments have been refunded and I refuse to waste time in the store again. I demand the money is refunded and suggest a new standard form of practice be carried out in situations such as this, charging people extra for their malfunction machinery.Initial Complaint

I visited the ****** location @ 1163 US-51 ***********,La ***** today- 12/8/24. My husband and I ordered at the counter. I ordered the 1/4lb shrimp and tenders combo and my husband had the 3 PC (Chicken) ** combo, We sat in the restaurant and ate. I went up to the counter to get dipping sauce and the manger- Tekara was very rude, she also has slides on behind the counter. I also over her yelling at the employee in the window. This was around 3:30pm. I think the ladys name was *****. A manger shouldn't be talking to their employees that way. Tekara was being very rude and calling the employee outside her name. THIS is not the first time I have heard a manger yelling at the employees either. The ** of that store is just as bad, even went behind the counter on 12/07/24 and was yelling at ***** about her times being up and even told ***** that if she had something ***** wouldnt say it to her face and then told ***** that she would clock her out and send her home. ***** was taking orders, fillibg orders, and taking money by herself. The ** also allows her daughter, and her daughters best friend yell at *****. Plus the two minors are allowed on their phones during work hours. I have seen and witnessed this with my own eyes and ears. Please do something about these mangers, they are horribleInitial Complaint

On 12/06/24 I placed an order through the Popeyes mobile app. The order was to be delivered by ********. I provided additional details as to wish building parking lot to come to and to call me at my phone when they arrive so I could open to door. I received text status information stating that the driver picked up the order- (Your Dasher has picked up your order! The order should arrive at 1:00 PM. Call or text ************ to coordinate a handoff with your Dasher.) I also received notice that that the driver was in route to my location- (Driver ***** is approaching with your order from Popeyes. Your Dasher will hand the order to you.) I then reached out to the driver by calling the number provided in the text but the driver didnt answer so I left a message. Then I tried texting that same number- Good afternoon, Im checking to see how far away are you from my delivery address?) but the driver didnt answer never responded to this message. I again reached out again via text- Hello is this the DoorDash driver for a Popeyes delivery to my location) again no response from the driver. I attempt to contact the driver again via phone call to no avail. Then I received a text from DoorDash stating- Your ******, ***** is nearby but is having a hard time finding your address. Try calling or texting them at ************. Then the driver canceled me, never called but a text- (Unable to deliver to your location your order will be returned to Popeyes, please contact them to re-order.) I contacted DoorDash who attempted to contact the themselves but he didnt answer. The agent verified that the DoorDash order# ******* was cancelled by the driver and Directed me to Popeyes customer support at **************. I called this number it directed me back to the mobile app. The mobile support chat stated- It looks like this order was cancelled! I'm so sorry. We refunded you $55.70 on 12/06/2024. We ordered from our local Popeyes 12-6-24 and had SEVERAL issues. For starters, the order was placed accidently. My wife was putting together an order for me to pick up after work and ****** Pay placed the order without allowing her to select or confirm a specific pickup time. She immediately tried to call the restaurant. She tried again and again, but no one answered. She tried cancelling the order within the Virtual Assistant and it told her orders cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified. It was around 1:00pm and I couldn't pick it up until 5:30pm. I tried to get a human on the chat, and eventually one emailed me repeating that orders cannot be cancelled or rescheduled and to contact the restaurant directly. I tried calling the restaurant, still, no answer. I emailed the agent back and told them I could not pick up the order when it was scheduled to be ready. They replied and told me "No worries", I could still pick up the order later on. I replied and said I wanted a refund because I wasn't picking the order up because it would be cold from sitting for hours. I received an automated email reply saying I was being transferred to an agent that could better assist me. At this point the communication from them ended. I never got a reply after that. So reluctantly, I went and picked up the order around 5:15pm because it WAS nearly $50 already spent. The food had indeed been sitting on the counter for about 3 hours. I got it home and not only was it ice cold as expected, but I found that 5 items were completely missing! I immediately reported this to the Virtual Assistant, and all I got was a $5 credit. This morning my wife tells me she got sick from the food and was up puking last night. I've tried every "corporate" and "support" number on ******.. All either direct me back to the Virtual Assistant or are disconnected lines. I am so dissatisfied with this experience and the absolute lack of support from this company. December 5, 2024 Ordered 30 ahead and got to the store and forced to wait another 30 Minutes to get my food. Was told they were waiting on what I ordered to be ready, but I could see the tenders waiting and at least two people ordered exactly what I ordered and got their food. I dont know if this was discrimination based on my race, my age or my gender, but Ive tried to contact Popeyes support and they will not acknowledge me.Initial Complaint

On November 10, 2024 at 8:37 pm, I walked into the Popeyes Store on **********************************************************. I asked to purchase a smoked Popeyes ******. I was told it would cost $59.99 plus tax. I was told that the Turkey is already all prepared. All I had to do is heat the Turkey up in the even. On Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024, I heated the Popeyes Turkey up which took an hour at 325 degrees. When I tasted the Turkey, there was no smoke flavor. I was very upset to find this out after paying $66.05 including tax. I still have my receipt attached here. I want a partial refund of the purchase price of $40.00.Initial Complaint

I have order on 12/01/24 11:40pm for a delivery and the store closing hour was 1:00am. My order was suppose to be delivered by 12:18am but it nevered arrived. I kept waiting and decided to go the store at 12:50am. I saw employees inside the store getting ready to leave. I called the store and nobody picked up. At 1:13am i got a text saying that my order got cancelled. Next day I saw that Popeyes still charged me $45.83 for my order and I still havent received a refund. Support page on browser only had virtual assistance and there was no way to talk to live agent. I call back the store 2days later to talk about my order but the employee answered and heard me talk then hung up on me. I contacted online thru email and was told that the order was showing on the system as its being delivered. its been 4 days aftrr i ordered anf yet Still havent gotten my refund.Initial Complaint

I went to the Popeye's on Zinfandel in ********** at 7:51 and purchased an $80 order and customer service was less than. I'm a previous general manager and if my employees acted the way that that manager did they would not have a job anymore. Also my food was very old it had been sitting up there you could tell and my order was missing two large sides and a large minute maid a gallon minute maid. I was a previous general manager for Popeyes and I know that this is not store policy this is not how it goes down when I went in to go pick up my order again they said that they didn't have my name in the book after I called and spoke to a manager and when I came in they have side sitting under the heater which I know that that is not supposed to happen large sites and they've been up
