      Yes you all please fire the *************************. She shows a concealed weapon inside the store with pink hair not in a hair net, cursing at customers and the outside looks like where homeless reside. The staff smoke right by cars trash cans. You can never go inside with kids and have peace. Everything is a fight. It is like they sleep with each other relationship wise, inside Popeyes. Please the area is nice must everything be historic. Every place is not a hostile environment, then to show concealed weapon in a correctional uniform of Davidson county. I saw one white person working. Please help!!!!

      I bought a 10 PC Family Meal for $24.99 with tax $25.56. I asked for Classic chicken. When I got home I found out they gave me spicy chicken. This location is not near my home. I want a refund and apology

      I try to purchas 2 meals for 21 + dollars the lady at the window advise me to move to the front door for my food to be delivered 30 minutes a lady walk out saying my food was coming drove her car and left 45 minutes pass another lady just say don't worry your food almost ready after an hour a lost my patience and walk in to get my money back a lady that seems to be a manager told me that she had no authority to give refunds and advice me to come back tomorrow when the manager was the yo reclaim my refund so after more than an hour i didn't get my food and take toke my money away and refuse to give me any proof to **************** back,, the location is **** ***************** at ************* ** *****

      I am requesting a call back by high end corporate staff. My problem involves a store but they have never responded so I need corporate staff to respond to me by email and to give their best phone number for me to call them back. I have waited for months this year on this same situation and no call back. I asked many times for the owner of the store to respond but they have not. my app email to my rewards is ******************* you can email me also at the email given on my file here **************************** I need compensation and resolution for what took place and to have dialogue by phone for understanding of what all took place please.

      My family went to the popeyes on ************* and ************, we ordered $31.48 worth of food and none of the food tasted fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich was not fresh, the bread was so flat, false advertising, customer service was excellent, just the food needs improvement. I drive literally 20 minutes further to a popeyes where they make ****************, instead of going to one that's literally 5 minutes away from my house because their food quality is not great.

      I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 meals and a 6 pc of wings. The total was $ *****. This was at the *************************************************************** location. I did not get a receipt at the window and when we checked the bag we were also missing a meal. I parked and went inside less than 2 minutes from getting our food. When I asked the manager for our receipt and the missing food they stated that they Didnt have it and that they couldnt give ** the meal without the receipt. Even though we had the third drink for the meal, we were just missing the 3rd meal. When the 3rd drink was brought up they said to dispute the charge with the bank. I just wanted either the missing food or the amount of money for the one meal.

      My complaint against Popeyes on **** ************** ***** blvd, alamgordo **********. so I go through drive thru it took them at least minimum of 40 minutes to get my order wrong. Then upon request they remade it. When I door dash my food that takes about 40 minutes as well with order wrong again, 5/25/23 I ordered online a 5 price 2 can dine special got ghost peppers when my son went to pick up my food he was asked what it was he told them and they still gave me ghost peppers, I take the entire order back due to it took a long time and.i already had cold hard fries, my beans were cold biscuits were hard and upon arriving back around ***** pm they refused to take all items back stating they couldn't take the fries back, nor the beans and rice or biscuits and only could give.me my chicken..this is a trip up there with the wait then the drive back home, then the drive back. They are so unorganized.and.the app is worthless gave me **** points not worth my money wasted on gas time and aggrevation I would like an apology and to be refunded my ***** instead that I spent. And hopefully they will have prepared chicken upon request like they do church's if.i should happen to ever go back. Thank you. Btw I didn't want the points but I felt that was a button pushed by mistake.

      Went to this restaurant on Saturday May 13 2023 at 10pm. Ordered at drive through and paid for meal. Was told by staff to pull around front and wait for meal to be brought out. Waited half an hour, no meal ever came. Went to door to ask about food and/or refund. Door locked. Went back to car and waited some more. Finally saw someone coming out so I ran up to door to get refund. Explained situation and waited another 10 minutes to finally be refunded. Tried calling location at number listed, no live person EVER answers the phone EVER. Left message no call back. EVER. Staff is unprofessional and food service is extremely poor. Restaurant had trash overflowing inside. Owner should be made aware of situation.
