      I ordered a 2 piece dinner with a breast and thigh/or wing, and got 2 wings instead. But was charged as if I got the breast and thigh/wing.

      I have a Popeyes gift card with an available balance to be spent of $15.I have been to 4 different stores located in 3 different states and NONE OF THEM will accept the gift card!I cant spend my money or get it back.I have contacted the customer service number three separate times, all of which, to know resolution.At this point, all I want is my $15 back.

      The date of transaction: 03/12/2023 Money paid to the business: $21.99.Business committed to providing: Refund.Nature of the dispute: At 8:03pm on 3/21/23, I order a 10-piece classic Big Family Meal (mixed chicken, French fires, mash potatoes and gravy, and 5 biscuits) in drive-thru. When I approached the window, the cashier stated that it was a 10-minute wait on the fries. She also stated that I can choose something else. I requested another mash potatoes and gravy. I paid and received my order. When I arrived home and set the table, I opened the chicken box and I had 1 leg, 1 wing, 1 breast, and the rest was thighs. The chicken was dried and hard as if it was day old chicken. I called the restaurant immediately and got no answer. I drove back to the restaurant, and they were closed (I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant). My family and I were not able to eat the meal. The next day I called the restaurant, and no one answered the phone. I called customer service ************** and was told that the owner will contact me asap. I waited 3 business days, and no one called. I called customers service again and was told that the owner was notified, and the owner will contact me asap, but no one contacted me. I waited a week later and contacted customers service and continue getting the same results. I then informed the customers service agent that I still had the chicken, and I wanted a refund. The agent said the owner will contact me asap and she will mark it urgently. Two months later and multiple calls, no owner ever contacted me. After two plus months in the refrigerator, I had to discard the food. The smell took over my refrigerator and I never returned back to any Popeyes Chicken.

      I visited Popeyes at ********************************************************************* 5/10/23. The woman did not seem to be understanding my order so I told her I would pull forward. She said dont pull forward she heard just fine. I already had pulled forward so at window I tried to tell her my order. She interrupted and was verbally aggressive. She told me to pull back around that there was a timer going. I asked her if I could speak with her manager. The manager was about her age and said whats the matter order correct. I was upset at how I was treated. Very abrasive and confrontational. I told her I never experienced being treated like that and wanted my food but planned to make complaint. They told me to pull forward. When food brought out it was missing biscuit. When I tried to explain to next person she was not getting it and did not realize I was charged already. Finally understood. I decided to order coleslaw too. After my order I pulled to parking space to put coleslaw on my biscuit but decided to taste slaw first. It looked runny. After I placed in my mouth I felt something sharp which I thought might be a fish bone, I pulled it out to see a ** sliver of hard plastic. I will NEVER EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. this is 3rd time BAD service but this time confrontational. These people should be fired and owner needs to get a better handle on how place is being run. I did not trust eating food so threw away.

      The level of service that has been provided through the Popeye locations here in ********* ** is awful. Very awful I would like to speak with someone to better explain.

      I placed an order on April 12 for 4 items. Spicy chicken sandwich, fries, strawberry biscuit, and the mashed potatoes. This whole order when HORRIBLY WRONG! The strawberry biscuit, the fries, and the mashed potatoes WERE MISSING. The chicken sandwich wasnt spicy it was the mild one. When I bit into the sandwich I realized it was not spicy and when I looked at the sandwich it WAS NOT FULLY COOKED ??????????. I reported all of this to the online support and over the phone! They sent me an email stating they only refunded me for the fries, strawberry biscuit, and the mashed potatoes. They never refunded me for the chicken sandwich. After I kept complaining they gave me a coupon. I DID NOT REQUEST A COUPON, I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK !!! I paid ***** for this disaster order! This CROOKED company has the audacity to only refund me $16.29. I AM DEMANDING POPEYES GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND! The whole order was a mess, they supposed to refund the whole order!

      Popeyes Store ***** in *********, **. The girl who took my order had to help with the soda machine. I tried a peach ice tea but it had fizzy water in it and it tasted terrible. The chicken wing was very small and so was the chicken breast--most of it was dry, too--and there was no Popeyes seasoning on the chicken, why not?Is this store using chicken coating that is not Popeyes. I would've said something to the girl who took my order but she did not seem friendly. I didn't want an argument on my hands.The coleslaw and biscuit were okay but I resolved never to eat at this Popeyes again. It has always been a bit "shady at best". But today, I resolved never to eat there again.My order number is: 72 and I charged my dinner on my Chase card.

      Date of transaction - May 12, 2023 Amount of money paid to business: $22.13 I ordered 8 pieces of chicken. When I got home I noticed the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. I immediately called the company and asked for the manager. The employee that answered stated he was the manager and his name was **** (This information was untrue). I explained the chicken was uncooked all the way. He said I apologize and will notify my district manager. (Unacceptable for someone that is supposed to be a leader). I have called the corporate line that is located on ****** and have spoken to someone twice. No one is yet to call me back. My husband got sick the morning of May 13, 2023. The diagnosis was from eating food that was contaminated with possible salmonella. I called to notify them and still no one is yet to call me back. I would like a return for $22.13 and I would also like for my husband to be compensated for their careless mistake. I will also be filing a complaint with the ******** ********** of ****** Health. They didn't take this situation serious at all. Who knows how many other people ended up sick off of this batch of contaminated, uncooked chicken. Food Poising is beyond ridiculous. I went there for a lunch meal and ended up with a hospital bill.

      Well what's not to say, I didn't get my orders which consisted of ghost pepper wings two combos, with a shrimp dinner and a side of mashed potatoes and ************ and two red ************ and nuggets.One sweet tea and one lemonade. I got no red beans, no wings, no drinks but sprites that was more water. This isn't my order and didn't get any chicken nuggets. I want my money back **** refuses to refund because the order was delivered just not mine refund me please.

      this restaurant is very dirty the walls are nasty the kitchen very dirty the chicken was very dark from not change the oli the service very bad there employe's were sitting outside in there car not serveing people they had people at window for over 30 min without saying any thing to them there was an employee smoking in the back they also had an older women drug addict locking the doors this same popeyes was just on the internet for one of the employee destroying the back of store because he had not been payed for a month an police was called this store was not attended to by any manager at all just employee's there was also two employee's in the back smoking marijuana had customers just standing around untill they were finished this store is very dysfunctional an just out right nasty someone need to get out to this place ***** something thanks aja
