Placed an order through the Popeyes app for delivery. The order took two hours to be delivered, as well as the order was missing most of the food. Food was not sealed, drinks were missing. Ordered 3 combos and ALL side items were missing. I requested a refund through DoorDash, and have not received my full refund. I did not request any coupon in exchange.Initial Complaint

Date: 5/5/2023 Location: ******************************************************************** Total charge: $27.32 I placed and paid for my order online with a specific pickup time. When arrived at the restaurant, I was told by an employee/manager that I had to wait in line with the other customers. I stood in the line and waited over ********************************************************************* to be late returning to work. When I did finally get to the front of the line, I asked the employee/manager why if I ordered online, paid for my order, and gave a specific time to pick up the order, why my order wasnt ready to be picked up? She stated its Popeyes policy that the online customers must wait in line until its there turn. I responded by saying, your online ordering system needs to state that when an order is placed, or the online ordering needs to be disable. She in turn tells me a paying customer if I dont like the way things are done, dont come back. Go to another store. To top it off, after returning to work some on the items included in the order was missing, such as my biscuit and fries that should have come with the chicken orders.Initial Complaint

I visit the store ************************************************* on 05/04/2023 in need of manager in the store because the manager the lady she locks the doors everyday the chairs are stacked on the table signs on the drive-thru speaker the drive-thru window and the door to the lobby sorry for your convenience we're not we're not open only taking doordash orders don't have any food cook, no cook here and some of the employers are in the parking lot, back door is propped open, I can take pictures and send you pictures this is a everyday thing. I've seen six or seven cars pulled through the drive-thru and they see the sign and they keep going. the manager there when the lobby is open little kids up there running back and forth from the lobby to the kitchen area.Initial Complaint

On Tuesday, May 2nd at 6:23 PM I placed an order at Popeyes. I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes then the so called manager ******* states that she doesnt have my order. She did not care that I spent my hard earned money on food nor did she make the effort to find my ordered. I showed her both receipts proof of my order and she replied Theres nothing I can do about that. Please drive off theres a million cars behind you. First, as a manager that was extremely rude and second yall basically robbed me out of my money because I paid and got no food in return. She needs to be fired. The WORST customer service ever and it makes ********************** look even worse. I am highly disappointed and it saddens me to have felt so useless and meaningless at a restaurant. On April 10 2023 I ordered 3 big boxes from this establishment for my family. As my daugther was earing her chicken, she had something stick her in her gums. It was a piece of metal that was in the chicken. I when back to the establishment to report the incident. I spoke with the manager on duty at the time. And all he could say is that our chicken do not have metal in it. I asked for the cooperate telephone but he did not know it. He have me the owners number. I called the owner and cooperate number and left message on both line. Today it is 21 days later ****** still have not heard from. Anyone.Initial Complaint

I went to popeye's in *********, ** around 10 pm ordered 50 dollars in food . While waiting the employees were coming in and out of the building smoking right by the drive thru. When we get home the food was not cooked through. We had to throw away the food. When calling the store no one answered. Called the next day I was told to call back for the evening manager. I called back no one answered. I called popeye's customer service line talk to someone and was told that they were going to investigate and call me in 5-7 buisness days, no call back. I spent 40 dollars in food to not be able to eat it or get a refund. This is the worse popeye's I ever experienced.Initial Complaint

I Placed an Order to Popeyes Chicken for 2 spicy Chicken Combo's that Came with An Extra Item If Order Over $25.00 dollars, I Ordered $40.49 worth Of food, Also Tipping the Driver My Order Was Paid By Credit Card. The location of this restaurant at ************************************************************ is listed as having dine-in and takeout options on both the Popeyes website and the ****** information. However, when you actually go to the building, it is closed entirely to patrons that are on foot. You are not even able to walk in and pick up food OR call the restaurant and have them bring it out to you. If you call the restaurant, it just rings and nobody picks up. The ONLY way to obtain food from this location is by going through the drive-thru in a car. Even if you have already placed an online order, if you do not have a car you are not able to pick it up. This information is not given to you when you place the order. This is extremely inconvenient considering this is a location in a very walkable urban area, where many people use public transit, walk, or do not even own cars. They should, at the very least, unlist dine-in and takeout as options for this location. Ideally, you should be able to walk in and pick up and order or have somebody bring it out to you if they are afraid of having people in the building.Initial Complaint

I had a horrible incident with some of Popeyes employees, as well with the store manager when I asked for her name she refused to answer , I am a disabled army veteran and have always conducted myself with respect and discipline, I had ordered a bundle dinner and Popeyes fries but was charged for the mash potatoes that come with the bundle when I asked why was I being charged the young lady that was taking orders through the drive told I made a mistake when I said read the receipt it showed you charged me for the mash potatoes she started getting rude I then requested to speak to the manger which she replied I am the manger another employee called another person and she told she was the manger so I asked why did the other girl lie and tell me she was the manger at this point the manger stated whats your problem, I then responded is this how you talk to your customers? Why are you being so rude and disrespectful, I then tried to explain the mistake but she cut me off and stated do you want the food or not ,I was so shocked!!! I told her you already charged me as I used my credit card and as this point I was so shocked and confused that I asked for my food as I am not going to argue or respond in a negative way, I am respectfully requesting to speak and be contacted regarding this matter I hope Popeyes will take this matter seriously and contact me
