Ezeama I am a Heart Failure Patient, So I have a Cardiologist Doctor at Emory ******* Rd. So I also have to go the ********************* for INR monitoring Nurse Practitioner ***** ****** runs it. After receiving multiple Texts messages of where to go to get my INR checked, he would send me to places all across the city that were Permanently Closed and to Clinics that were closed on certain days I was I was told to go there. After experiencing this for years I finally met Nurse Practitioner ***** ****** and asked him why was he sending me to closed locations and he said they were all computer glitches and said no apology or ownership of it being the reason and cause of the problem instead he dismissed me from the clinic even though I had an appointment and it was crucial for monitoring for my heart implant. I asked since he would not see me could he called the paramedics to be seen and checked out because of left arm heaviness and bleeding from the ears and high headache. I am thinking the paramedics are coming but instead he called the Emory Police on me, when I was in severe pain and distress. The Police was puzzled as to why they where there as I was as well. He asked them to remove me from the floor. The emergency room was two building down. I went to the Emergency Room myself and was admitted. I asked for patient advocacy and received no help with my complaint. Everyone ignored my concerns and this Incompetent Nurse Practitioner put my life in danger and because no one would help me with my questions and INR monitoring, my INR went to high again and had to go to the Hospital Emergency Room again and was admitted with near Fatal Circumstances. This Nurse Practitioner needs his License pulled. ********************** to this day has should no Concern or Help. This Hospital is very Negligent and Beware of Emory. The Doctors give medication without notifying the Patients of the Side effects of what they are prescribing. They are nothing but Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers.

This Hospital has been a nightmare for my family. My sister was admitted upon admission they mixed up her medical records. She was admitted because a medication that a ** gave her that caused her to become paralyzed. The ** never informed her the side affects . ** has yet to apologize. While her stay there for 3 weeks she miss treated, miss informed ,over medicated. No patient advocacy. The social worker had lack of communication. The **'s had no compassion towards her. They are under staffed. The workers there are good at passing the ball to other people. Not one person wants to take accountability . I wrote letters to the staff and the CEO of the hospital. And not 1 apology to my sister for miss treatment. I thought hospitals are supposed to help and care for the people who keep hospitals open . And yet it seems instead people being treated like a human being. They are treated like a number. Or price tag .

ZERO STARS - RN SMELL OF MARIJUANA The first week of September my grandmother was admitted to Emory main facility, following complications after her surgery. Concerned about her condition, our family advised her to seek evaluation to ensure her recovery was on track. The admission process was smooth; however, upon arrival to her room, we noticed trash on the floor in both the room and bathroom. When the assigned nurse (Shekeala *****) entered, she failed to acknowledge my grandmother or anyone present, immediately proceeding to take her vitals without a word. We raised the issue of the rooms cleanliness, but the nurse ignored our concerns and left without addressing them. Upon her return, there was a strong odor of marijuana, prompting me to request a different nurse due to her unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy. I strongly urge you to conduct thorough vetting and drug testing for your nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Please do your due diligence in looking into this nurse and make sure that she is not neglecting any other patients or under the influence of drugs while on the ****** grandmother is currently admitted at ****************, ********

wish to report some concerning observations about the medical care provided at a certain hospital. During a recent visit with a patient who was suffering from liver issues and internal stomach problems, I found the level of expertise among the nursing and medical staff to be inadequate. I had to take the initiative to research the patient's health chart and suggest tests and treatments for the patient's care. The patient, who was admitted for a 4-day stay, reported distressing incidents, including a lack of response from a nurse named ******* when in severe pain. Upon discharge, the patient did not receive any conclusive results despite indications of underlying issues in the blood work. I have serious concerns about the medical care provided by ************.

Had an appointment for mammogram at 2pm at the Hillendale location. I arrived at 130pm. Noticed they were called patients back that checked in after me but waited patiently. It's 315pm and still I hasn't been seen. I dress and asked for a a manager no one on duty. The attendant stated she could see me after two other patients. There were several employees standing around talking and not being concerned about the long wait time. I left and will not be rescheduling. I left several message to file a complaint but you already know, no reply. This is the reason why business close lack of customer service and lack to address customers concerns

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RACISM AS A PATIENT IN ANY EMERGENCY ROOM. NOT ONLY DID THESE RACIST NURSES AND DOCTORS DISMISS (I AM A MELANATED FEMALE) MY PAIN, BUT THEY WERE ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISPLAYED A, "I DON'T CARE" ATTITUDE. THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY OR COMPASSION TOWARDS MELANATED PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WOMEN. i RECORDED ALL THEIR UNCARING, AND UNPROFESSIONAL ACTIONS, AND PLAN TO EXPOSE THEIR RACIST BEHAVIOR ON SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I SAY TO USE ANOTHER HOSPITAL SYSTEM, BECAUSE THESE CLOWNS ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST. I HAD TO LEAVE AND GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL SYSTEM FOR TREATMENT, AND I RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE AND IMMEDIATE PAIN CONTROL.

Overcrowded waiting room..Only the check-in nurse completed her deliverables. The African American Registered nurse officer white are power abusers and oppressors! The ** doctor who didn't have rooms for assessments but in front of security white who was in the same room where I was being examed watching me along with two other strangers? My health grievance did not require privacy nor any dignity with all these people listening in on to my private conversation and giving me eye contact when I asked the doctor questions that supposed to be for the doctor? It's a war zone for the ** patients. The staff gets agitated and condescending when you asked specific questions you're better off at ***** hospital! AnyPLACE ELSE but Emory Midtown **. PLEASE IF YOU CAN! 0?s

I actually want to give them below a zero if that was possible their Emergency room staff have no sense of human decency with the exception of one night shift nurse named ****. My son was there this past week in manic state he never got a room stayed in the ** in a bed for four days. The called to tell me he was being released I get there and they let him walk right out the door unsupervised I asked for help from the ** staff got nothing. This rude security guard had the nerve to laugh at the situation if I wasnt a Christian ***** I would be in jail right now. It took me three hours of driving and going to different businesses to finally locate my son. Not one person called or assistant me in finding my son who clearly still wasnt well mentally. In my honest opinion none of them should be working in the healthcare field they are cold and heartless and that ** should be permanently closed down.
