      Fuelman / Fleetcor charges OUTRAGES late fees (charged me $800 - $1300, per month, totaling almost $8000) for being a day, 2 or 3 late. They do not provide a grace ******* These fees were not clear at time of signing up, didn't receive an agreement. Lost a card, never received a replacement, despite my numerous request. The gentleman that setup my account, stated that he would be my point of contact for the life of our account, this hasn't been the case. I can't even get a call/email back. Lastly, I am not saving money as they promised. I'm actually spending more per gallon, because of there other fees. I've asked them to resolve these issues, so that I can continue doing business with them, no response. And they hang up on you repeatedly.

      Greetings!

      We have reviewed the customer's complaint. In an attempt to find resolve, we completed the following:

      -Reviewed the account for consideration. The customer has had multiple attempts to contact for delinquencies and promise to pays. These delinquencies caused the assessment of late fees which are valid. 

      -The account qualifies for one late fee to be reimbursed for credit. 

      -In regard to the balance quoted in late fees for the duration of the account; we informed the customer that upon the outstanding balance being satisfied & identifying consistent usage for at least 30 days; we would be willing to extend an additional credit of $3,000. The account is currently closed and the accounts assessed are valid. This is a courtesy.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The representative that called me, offered a refund of 50% (almost $4000) of the late fees, then later emailed a refund offer in the amount of just under $800.  In additional, there we no stipulations connected to the offer.

      This company are full of trickery and are very deceptive, to the tune of a lawsuit filed against them by the FTC.

      A credit on 8/03 was submitted in the amount of $1,088.00
      A credit in the amount of $2,912.00 was submitted today. The credits total the agreed amount of $4,000.00
      We have added a rebate of .10 cents per gallon for 90 days. The rebate is for gas or diesel and fueling in the Fuelman discount network. The rebate will come off the report as a volume discount. 

      Your account in in the process for review to re-instate. You will receive a follow-up call once it has been completed. Please allow 24 to 72 business hours.

      Filed a complaint recently regarding my account being locked. People emailed back and told me they would unlock my account 7 days later. Closed the case out but now over $2200.00 of payments made on 7/14/22 have still not been applied to the account. Called in to find out what what going on and lady in financial said she couldn't tell me when my money would clear and hung up. Called back spoke to another lady in financial. She forwarded me to someone and they picked up and hung up. I called back and finally spoke to a customer service representative and they said the money would post on account by midnight. 2 days later and money still not on account. Called in 3 times and was hung up on 2 times and 3rd time kept ringing

      We have had 35+ ARCO gas cards for our fleet for over 20 years. Last month a fraudster "skimmed" one of our cards and charged our daily limit of $200.00 (most days) for 18 days totaling $3478.65. We filed a Fraud Claim and Arco denied it. We cannot continue to use them as our Fleet fuel company if they will not protect us.
