Arco is the ABSOLUTE WORST Fuel card company for any business. They offer NO benefits EXECPT for their own Gas Stations! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Their loaner practices are ridiculous and they are gouging their customers in fees. My business suffered some hardship in June and July of 2022 and at the time my fuel balance on the card was around $6k and Arco charged $2800 Late Fee in June and another $2500 in July. I called and asked them for a waiver due to the hardship. The agent stated that they would get back to me to confirm the waiver, but they in the meantime, if I paid the balance in full, including the late fees, I would receive the late fees back as credit for the following month. I agreed, and waited for the follow up that never came. We stopped using the cards and instead, they added another $2000 late fee to my account! When I called and asked them to reconsider, the agent was rude and stated that they will not honor their original agreement and can only off half of the latest late fee as a credit!This has to be the worst experience Ive ever had with any ***************** They need to be stopped for their predatory lending practices immediately!Corpay

fuelman universal fleet ifleet is a scam they charged me about $10,000 in fees in a matter of a years. and never resolve the issue i warn anybody to please review your statement don't understand why there hasn't been a class action suit against them. BBB Complaint Case# ********Corpay

WORST FUEL CARD EVER! We are in the service industry and our technicians rely on being able to get fuel to get to their next job. If you have to order a new card, don't expect it to work because their system does not work. I'll call and let them know and they state "we are aware of the issue and it could take up to 24 hrs to resolve" I am now 15 days into this "24 hr" period and still the cards do not work. You make a payment on the DUE date and their system will still LOCK ALL CARDS the following day because it does not know that you made your payment ON THE ACTUAL DUE DATE. What is the point of having a due date if your system just does whatever it wants to. Management is RUDE and is no help when you bring your issues to them, they just tell you "Sorry for the inconvenience" and get you off the phone as soon as they can. The developers of the system have serious issues to fix and are in no hurry. I will be searching for a new fuel card to use and will never recommend this company to anyone.Corpay

We are a transportation company and due to no fault of our own, Fuelman disconnected our ID which caused all of our cards to decline. This was an internal issue. We went without fuel cards for a long period of time. Anyone that is in the transportation industry understands what this does to your business when you cannot service your customers. Fuel is a lifeline in this industry. We could not get any good customer service, and were not given a solution. I would never use this company again.Corpay

The cards were never sent to us. When I called Fed EX they said the shipment was canceled in ********* ** before they got there. I called Fuelman and the rep said the notes say that the cards were set up to ship to another account. Asked to speak to a manager (was told that we can't speak to a manager). We have been a week without fuel cards. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You guys are terrible.Review fromAndrea K

multiple horrible business owners with bad experiences below says everything there is to say. Mystery balance every 2 weeks, they cant figure out how to get an updated balance. Payment processing takes 2-3 days, card wont run until balance is paid because they wont increase your credit limit until 6 months. Horrible customer service phone experiences - being on hold for hours dealing with agents who cant access the situation accurately on their end and give false information. Avoid Run away! get another card for your company.Corpay

This is the worst company ever they asked for a security deposit of $200 to accept my application then denied the application after the deposit was taken and then have been given me the runaround on my refund it's been a month and a half and still haven't received a refund stay away if possible Liars and Thieves....Corpay

If you are a business owner who loves wasting loads of time you don't have, dealing with rude/ incompetent people, and just generally want more frustration in your life then you will love this company. I will paint you a picture of a common occurrence. You are experiencing near constant tech issues with the cards and the web portal so you call for assistance. You wait on hold for long swaths of time only for your call to be dropped at least once, possibly up to three times. If you haven't given up and you finally do reach a human, they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Feeling defeated you think, "At least can I pay our balance since a mystery issue is preventing us from accessing our portal?" This is when they reveal that they can do that, but it will cost you... but if you just go online and pay its free. But what about the problem with not being able to access the online portal? Well they'll just reset and it will be a piece of cake. So you get off the phone and follow the link to reset and, how fun, another error message. Time to go back to the beginning of this cycle and start again. I would describe other fun adventures if there weren't a character limit. We obviously found a different vendor and requested cancellation in April. After two additional requests for cancellation we received confirmation in the beginning of May along with the message that we would receive a final invoice. Surprise! We didn't! We of course, after realizing there was an issue, had a mystery balance, however rather than argue with them we just paid it and washed our hands of it. But wait... somehow the balance they had recorded and we paid exactly wasn't correct which resulted in an overpayment of ****. I will spoil the mystery of how long this **** out the process of cancellation by revealing that it is still ongoing. But this may be resolved in 4-6 weeks, maybe, so I have that to look forward to. I can not wrap my head around how this company remains in business. Stay away.Corpay
