We are trying to cancel our subscription for identity theft protection. We have used their service for 15 + years. We want to cancel, but they are making it impossible. We have given them all of the verification info they requested, including S.S.# But they now want a copy of my husbands drivers license with permission to use the photo whenever they want. WE feel this is outrages. All we want is to cancel our account with automatic billing to our credit card.Customer Answer

I have been disputing accounts on my profile I do not recognize. These accounts are negatively affecting my credit report. I am in distress because I can not do what I need to do for myself because of these negative items on my report. I have wrote letters stating the laws they have violated in the fcra. Equifax company reporting inaccurate information on my credit file . Dispute open , and completed with same information no changes . When asked how this information obtained , they referred company called ***** nexis . Contacted ***** Nexis in 11/2022, consumer file sent . Called ***** nexis to discuss . No record of what Equifax stated they received from them regarding me . Report recieved from ***** Nexis , only information inaccurate address , and insurance information . This ia all the public record they have . Sent this information to Equifax , stated this public information , Bankruptcy, inaccurate pay history , inquires all accurate . When asked how did they verify states the above company ***** Nexis , US Courts , whom I also contacted they provided me with website that states no courts provide any information to any companies . Sent all this information in over 45 days ago . Still no resolution. This is clear violaton of FCRA 15USC ****a . Please remove the incorrect information . From my files immediately. On October 27th, 2022. I obtain a copy of my Equifax credit report Confirmation Number **********. Upon reviewing the report and all the list of accounts there is multiple violation of FCRA. JHPDE FINANCE I,LLC ********* This account is on my file, I never had a loan with them for any services. I have disputed with them, this firm is a DEBT BUYER, so this leads one to believe that they bought a debt and Equifax illegally place this incorrect information on my consumer credit report. On the information Equifax has the following Date of First Delinquency is May 01, 2017. Then said date the account was open is Feb 23, 2018. This is a clear violation of FCRA reporting inaccurate information on a consumer file. - JPMCB ******** This account is on my file; I never had a loan with them for any services. I have disputed with them. I never had an account with this firm. Equifax illegally place this incorrect information on my consumer credit report. On the information Equifax has the following Date of First Delinquency is Mar 01, 2018. Then said date the account was open is March 03, 2015. I have been trying to resolve the online access issues to my Equifax account (I cannot see my credit report online) for almost two months. I spoke to many different agents and submitted all the documents as they recommended. Today, January 10, 2023, when I called again to fix my issue, an agent cancelled my free Equifax account without my consent. So I called again and the agents are now telling me different stories. I never requested to cancel my free Equifax online account. I want my account reactivated and all the issues resolved so I can see my credit report online for free.Customer Answer

Transunion Consumer reporting agency, an unafiliated third party trafficked my personal non public information without my written permission. This is identity theft and a violation of federal law 15 USC 1681d.Transunion consumer reporting agency Violated my right to privacy which is a violation of 15 USC ****.I was never afforded the opportunity to opt out of reporting prior to reporting which is a violation 15 USC ****. The problem occurred because of a "coding issue" when making a change to one of Equifax's servers, according to the company, which said the issue "was in place over a period of a few weeks (and] resulted in the potential miscalculation" of credit scores. While Equifax did not specify dates or figures, a June 1 alert from housing agency ****************** to its clients said Equifax told the agency that about 12% of all credit scores released from March 17 to April 6 may be have been incorrect.Customer Answer

Please be advised that there are many different credit scoring models and they are derived from mathematical formulas which are calculated from elements on the credit file. Information is reported to Equifax continually and the content of your credit file *** change, which *** impact your credit score depending on the model. No score is part of the credit file and therefore cannot be disputed. Please also note that lenders have their own criteria for granting or denying a service or benefit based upon any particular score. Please contact your lenders directly in regards to your application for credit.

While checking my Equifax credit report I noticed that numerous accounts were showing up in my credit that I have no knowledge of or gave consent to establish/open . I was incarcerated in the federal bureau of prison from Sept 15, 2016 to Dec 06, 2021. Under the **** companies must provide verification of these accounts bearing my original contract and signature and have yet to provide this after previously disputing. Equifax has failed to obtain this even after my request in the dispute process. This is a violation. I am rejecting this response because:I was in federal custody during the time these accounts were opened. Ive requested original contracts bearing my signature through Equifax in numerous disputes and identifying information from the method of validating these accounts. But they have failed to do so, which is an FCRA violation. I demand the listed accounts be deleted from my credit file or I will move forward in seeking punitive damages through the court system with 7 days of receipt of todays response. To add most of these accounts are dating back to when I was incarcerated and almost seven years old. I have no knowledge or gave consent to open any of these accounts. In particular, *** contacted ************ which is one of the disputed accounts and they informed me that no account exists but yet Equifax is listing it in my credit file which is causing harm detrimentally to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to ************ personally and not only face them my account number but also my social and they stated they cant find an account for me. In addition, Equifax has been in a Data breach in which many people ( including my information) was compromised. Ive provided documentation showing u was incarcerated in the federal bureau of prisons from 09/2016 until 12/2021 . Many of the disputed accounts were opened without my knowledge or consent . Per FCRA laws its my right to have a fair dispute process. In your most recent response, you stated that all disputes have been verified electronically. With that being said, who is the source/ name of the person verifying these fraudulent accounts as accurate? But yet Ive provided you with a police report and letter validating my time incarcerated in which these accounts were fraudulently opened. Therefore I demand a fair burden of proof and if not I demand these accounts be deleted within 7 calendar days! Or I will move forward in seeking punitive damages.

I continue to receive mail from this company to send in my license and social security card even though there is months of sufficient paperwork proving that I have done so.
