      There is information on my consumer report that is a result of identity theft. I did not provide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report. I did not authorize any of these accounts resulting in identity theft. I am requesting that the reporting of this information be blocked and deleted. My request to block is not being made in error; nor is my request to block being made on the basis of material misrepresentation of fact by me relevant to the request to block the identified transactions.       I, *****************************, was the one who filled out the complaint. I filled out the complaint because Equifax validated accounts on my credit report without proper investigation, I want to know who validated that on my account and the method used to validate them. 
      Also I didnt give Equifax no written authorization to report anything on my report, Equifax is trying to destroy my reputation by making me look like I dont pay my bills.

      Equifax refuses to stop making attempts to get money out of my paypal account via my debit card. I canceled the service on the 6th day of the 7 day free trial and even received an email acknowledging my cancelation, but I finally had to call paypal and get a new card issued and they are STILL attempting to charge it according to paypal. I even called and spoke with customer ********************** to get them to stop. I canceled this in NOVEMBER and as of December 30, they were still attempting this.

      There are two accounts that have been paid in full for over 1 year showing up on my Equifax account, the accounts are still showing as open even though they are closed on Transunion, Equifax has records that have been paid, and I have sent proof. I have tried sending off 3 or 4 disputes and get no response on the status of the dispute, when calling customer ********************** they are not helpful and just tell me to do another dispute. I would like my credit score and report to accurately show my accounts.

      that the agent did commence an investigation for both the TD Auto Finance and the
      ********* debts. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from ********* and TD
      Auto Finances response was incomplete.
      Review of the documents you provided were sufficient to update your credit report and
      the agent should have done so. I have escalated this to the ** Manager to review the
      errors with the agent and retrain if necessary.

      Jan 5, 2023 Today I went to Equifax to temporarily lift my Credit Freeze. I was unable to do it online. After waiting on the phone an inordinate length of time I was finally able to do so. I was given Confirmation Number ************. This afternoon at 4 PM I attempted to perform a financial transaction. The freeze was not lifted. I called Equifax back to find out the status of the freeze lift. I only received lip service and was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. The agent I spoke to is *******. Equifax states that I needed to confirm who I am. I did that this morning. When I attempted to do so this afternoon they stated that the information I submitted was incorrect. The information that was "incorrect" was information that I read from a letter sent to me by Equifax. Equifax is not a company that has any customer **********************.

      I am rejecting this response because:  It does not answer my concerns.  Why was I not allowed to speak to a supervisor?  Why did I need to verify who I am as I had already done so?  Why was my confirmation number not sufficient  to  to obtain an answer to why the credit freeze was not lifted as requested?  What was I told that the freeze would be lifted in 1 hour and it had not been lifted 6 hours later?
