    I signed up for medical assistant classes and I had to go through work force in action they provide me a ***** which paid for my classes everything was ok and seemed legit until class was finished I didnt receive my certification stating that I completed the *********** CPR certification nor did I receive a date when to do my test or a list of medical practices associated with the school for me to do an externship I have tried on numerous occasions to get my ******************* that I put in with this school she refuses to give me anything or answer my calls or any of my questions

    The complaint filed by ******* Bells refers to a service we provided on year 2024, as detailed in bbb complaint . Unfortunately, despite our efforts to contact the customer and **** work source agency regarding the outstanding balance of $7,000 payment has not been received.
    i have attached the receipt for $50 paid by ******* for the application fee. 
    I would ask ******* to produce a receipt of the $7,000 paid for the clinical class offered.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with ************* who is my wioa counselor the attachment shown shows not only did she contact you back personally but also when I spoke to her she told me the program paid for everything already which is also shown in the screenshots I was approved already for the program & the funding had been provided

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I sent those showing that I had been approved & that funding was provided to try & basically imply I didnt take the course or training is false you & I both know that I am only asking for my records & certifications that i earned any thing regarding finances should be addressed with my counselor & she has reached out to you I showed that in one of the attachments if you need here information or phone number I can send that to you I would like for this to be resolved as soon as possible so I can move forward with my career I only included the cost b/c it had to be put on here for the complaint again my intentions are only for my records & certificationsrecords as in the hours I put in for trainingcertifications as in I finished the course training which you & I both know I did

    Hello,

    I think you may misunderstand my message. You have only completed classroom work which is Not completing the medical assistant course for graduation. ******** emailed at 1:01 pm 7/14 also confirming you have not sign any voucher for you to complete the program.  You must complete all three components to be eligible for graduation and certificate provided by the ************************ 
    Unfortunately, ******** ********* your counselor can not provide me your voucher without your signature and approval. I would recommend reaching out to her. 
    Im sure you understand that without payment we can not move forward with extern and testing. 
    you asked for a letter stating what you completed and I have attached the letter which covers all bases regarding this case. 

    At this time I believe I have provided all the items needed and this should satisfy and close this matter.
