      Order number: W1010158953-1 I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order that was promised to be delivered on Valentine's *** but was not fulfilled. Additionally, my attempts to reach out for an update today, both via phone and electronic message, have gone unanswered.This situation is both frustrating and unprofessional, marking a first-time experience for me with your service where there has been a complete lack of communication and delivery. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request the immediate cancellation of my order in its entirety due to failure to deliver as promised.I would appreciate prompt confirmation of this cancellation and information on the process for a full refund.

      My husband, ordered a Valentine *********** for me to be delivered to my job on 02/14/24 between 8AM-3:30PM. At 3:30 PM on 02/14/24, an Edible Arrangement delivery driver dropped off an *********** to a coworker of mine but failed to deliver my *********** located at the same address. After several attempts, I reached ****** "the manager" over the phone, who said I would be required to pick up the *********** at the store and was unapologetic about it. At 5:15 PM, I showed up to the store and saw ****** arguing with another customer over an incorrect order and was also unapologetic to that guest. ****** said the store had 350 deliveries to complete on *********** day and made excuses for why the deliver drive would have not dropped off both arrangements at the same time, other than the driver is unorganized. ****** appeared unprofessional and had no resolution to the lack of organization to the store. Since the *********** was not at the store during my attempt to pick up *********** as she had instructed. I asked the *********** to be delivered the next day, 02/15/24 to my job. The *********** was delivered, however the strawberries and pineapples looked as if they had fallen, where not in place, and had missing chocolate on several of the fruit items. It appears ****** took in too many orders and did not have enough staff to do the job. The organization is not good for service and your company will lose customers with her attitude and unapologetic ways.

      I ordered a gift for my boyfriend on 1/26 for Valentine's **** The order was never delivered and according to the tracking provided, they never even MADE it. I've been calling and emailing all day yesterday and today with ZERO response. The corporate office number rings busy and the actual store does not pick up the phone. Now I am out $70. This is a scam %100.

      I placed an order for an edible arrangement to be delivered on *********** day. I placed this order on February 8, 2024. The order had been received and I personally confirmed that with the store. The 14th of February has passed, and the arrangement was never delivered. I paid an extra fee to have it delivered at the request of the store. I believe it was an extra $12.99 for the Wednesday delivery. The arrangement never came, I never received a call, text, or email informing me that there was going to be a delay. I checked the order tracking and that states that the arrangement had not even been made. The arrangements are expensive anyway, so to have this along with the expense is ridiculous. I tried calling the store several times and there's no answer. I have been leaving message after message with no return calls. If they are understaffed, then they should let the consumers know so they can decide if they want to give this company their business or not. I want a perfect arrangement delivered, and I want my money back for the extra delivery charge. I want these people listed with the BBB as a bad company. I just read their reviews, and this is an ongoing problem. Why is this company still being allowed to treat consumers this way, and why hasn't anyone done anything about it. I can't get hold of a corporate number or anything. This is outrageous and I am also reported this to the news outlet. Consumers should not be treated this way. This should not be allowed.

      Feb 7th I put in an order for Edible Arrangements. The order was scheduled to be delivered Feb 14th. They day of Feb 14th, I called and emailed multiple times and could not get a hold of anyone when i saw online that my order wasn't even being made yet. No one called me back or contacted me in anyway. The day ended and I got an email the next day saying they could not deliver the order. This is the second time they have done this to me. Six years ago, I gave them a try for Fathers Day, the same thing. These people steal your ******************'t make your order, and don't bother to tell you anything until after the special day has come and gone. hat a horrible way to have a holiday go.

      Placed order on 2/10/24 to be delivered on 2/14/24 no delivery no product no help from customer service after 5 calls and 5 emails still ni resolution to said problem !!

      I placed an order specifically for Valentines Day on Jan 27th ! My order was never made or delivered! The business turned their phones off and the stores would not answer. I reached out on ******* they said to dm them but they cut off the messages there as well! They never mad an announcement the customers all over the world what the issue was at ALL! We still dont know what happened! Its the next day today at 10:00am and I am still unable to contact anyone! I want more than a refund you really ruined my moms Valentines Day! The most trash company ever will never order from here AGAIN!

      I placed an order two days ago for delivery on valentines day. I have been calling the store responsible for my order since the day I placed my order to discuss its delivery as I had paid an extra 20 dollars for it to be delivered on the day of Valentines. However, I have received no response and I submitted a call back request, sent two voicemails and have still been calling today. The tracking mechanism claims that my order has not even been created yet I have received no communication about this. I would like my order to be delivered by today andI want a refund for my full order for a lack of customer service, communication, and lack of timeliness.

      RE: Order #s: W2009964718-2 and W2009964718-1 I placed an order online at ediblearrangements.com 2/6 for a valentines day delivery to my wife. I was charged for the order immediately and the money has been taken out of my bank and given to the company. The order was for flowers and chocolate that were supposed to be delivered from my local store. Yesterday was valentines day and I waited all day, but the main part of the order never arrived. The flowers did arrive via fed ex in a box which I had to open and arrange myself. I was not aware that was how they would be shipped, but that is not the part I am most upset about. The dipped fruit tray never came. I called the local store all day waiting for the surprise for my wife to come and each time I was sent to voicemail. One time I called someone actually picked up the phone but then hung up immediately. Edible arrangements ruined my Valentines Day. I am demanding a refund for this order. Terrible business practices. You cannot take a customers money and then NOT fulfill the order with zero explanation. I have called more times that I can count and I have also emailed and have yet to get an answer so I am really upset right now. Valentines Day is over so I do not want the fruit tray, I want my money back.
