I placed an order February 2nd for a flowers and chocolate bundle. Paid close to $200 for it to arrive on *********** day February 14th. Order never arrived and i received no communication from the seller. Attempted to call the seller all day on the day of the order to no success. Also attempted emailing and contacting main headquarters and received no response. A refund is simply not enough. They ruined *********** day, took my money and stopped responding this should be criminal and they should not be allowed to continue to do business under these pretenses. I need to know this complaint is changing their infrastructure so other people do not deal with this in the future.Initial Complaint

I had submitted an order to be delivered Feb 14, 2024 . This order was completed Feb 12, 2023. I did receive an order number , however never a tracking number from fed ex . This product was never delivered on the day they said it was . I called feb 14 the day of the delivery 3 times, all 3 times different version of where my product was and mot delivered . The last customer service agent stated it had been a long day and wasnt going to waste his time anymore .Initial Complaint

On January 20, 2024 I placed an order for Valentines Day. It was set to be delivered on February 14, 2024. Today. A month in advance should have been ample time for the business to determine if they could fulfill this order. Apparently they could not. There have been no order updates, no information, and no staff have answered any of my phone calls. I have left a message, as well as submitted an online form. I paid $100 for a valentines gift which I had zero warning would be undelivered. This would be less upsetting if they had any staff answering phones to discuss rectifying the issue, but it seems they do not. I have tried the call center as well as the local stores phone number. Date purchased: 2/13/2024 Total cost: $116.01 Order# W1010-144483-1-1 Store: #*** I ordered a valentines gift for my 4 year old daughter. She had asked and been excited for her first edible arrangement. The arrangement we received was full of old, poorly picked and rotting strawberries. The chocolate dipped strawberries were only half dipped and the other half was white in color. When calling the derby, ** location for answers, we were met with hostility and denial. When a customer spends this much money on a fruit arrangement, we expect it to meet the standards that edible arrangements has set for its locations. Upon further review, this specific store seems to have many similar complaints. I do not want another arrangement from them as they cannot be trusted. Instead I request a partial refund equivalent to at least half the total as my daughter does enjoy the plush puppies that came with the order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order, and called in advance to make sure that the delivery would not include personal customer information, and that the recipient would only see the name on the card. I was there when the order was delivered and the driver gave my name to the recipient. There were several witnesses, and I was there myself to see how casual the conversation was yet when I called the store to complain and demand my money back, they tried to lie and say that the recipient refused delivery however, I was there with witnesses to disprove that. Furthermore, it expressly states in the edible arrangements contract that they will not disclose customer information and therefore it is a breach of my rights that they did so. I am just requesting my money back, as i am Legally *********** do. I have written to corporate, and they said the store would call me back, but they have not. After speaking with a manager at another location they said that the manalapan location was notorious for things like that and suggested that I just file a dispute with my credit card company since the store did break contract. Ordered a gift box with desserts and strawberries for my daughter in laws birthday on Feb 1, requesting an early delivery on Feb 2 to her home in ******,** for her birthday. The delivery was not made till 4 pm after numerous calls and it was a melted mess.. I spoke to them emailed them and they claimed the awful presentation was due to shifting. No attempt was made to deliver all day despite calling them at 1:pm . It was embarrassing and I requested a refund . No one has contacted me despite I called them three times and emailed them. If this is thier standards they should not be a supplier for edible arrangements. The location where the delivery came from was ********, ** to *************************************************I want my $69 refunded. The item had to be discarded and was thrown in the garbage . I placed an order that went through store in ******* and asked that my order be delivered 2/5 Edible 818, ************************************************** and the person just transferred my order without notifying me or such change or giving me the opportunity to cancel i the timeframe would not work. when I called and inquire about the order because it is my daughter's birthday I met with an angry man by the name of ******* who was so rude and nasty to me and even hung up the phone on me telling me to contact the corporate office if am not happy with the way he does service. I was trying to understand why my order was transferred and wasn't delivered on the day it is suppose to be delivered and the time frame given was for my daughter to wait the entire day until 7 p.m. Now with all fairness this business has somewhat ruined my daughter's birthday (who is by the way in college and waiting for her special delivery ) -- without a care this "Grinch" hung up the phone and was being so inconsiderate and obnoxious to the point when he hung up I had to call back to get the other store phone number (where he had my order transferred to as well as the new order number). This store on the edible arrangements map was said to be about 4.6 miles from the delivery place he said he was farther. I need this business to do better for crying out loud!!!!!! I need this to be fixed!!! if a client is spending her hard earned money to place an order for someone at a special occasion they should honor that and respect that and not treating people like ****....that's inadmissible and morally wrong!!!!Initial Complaint

My order (W1009971768-1) for delivery on January 26, **** NEVER arrived. It is now 8:43 Pm Est Time. I called the store that's delivering the order at ********************************************************** at 6:39pm with no answer. I called again at 6:48 and "******************" answered. He informed me that normal delivery hours are from 11am -6pm Monday-Friday. He also then informed me that my order that I specially ordered for my wife for our anniversary would ship within **** minutes. It is now 8:43 pm and there has NEVER BEEN ANY DELIVERY. We have been waiting since the order changed to "out for delivery" at 11:23 am. Its been over 9 hours and no delivery. These are fruits that need to be kept cold and still no sign of a delivery driver. I spent over $80 for this and they have failed to deliver on such a special day. This is NOT a holiday, nor *********** day, but they have still managed to NOT delivery my order. ****************** informed me that there are only 2 deliveries for the day from that store, how does it take 9 hours to deliver fruit? This is the worst experience I've ever had especially for my anniversary. I want a refund immediately! I do not want another order, I want a refund, I will never order from this company again!
