      Amedisys ordered medical supplies, billed to my Insurance, and then stole the items during a home visit.When confronted, was first told the employee stated they didn't take anything. Advised we have it on camera, they stated they would replace items, which has never been done. While at the last office visit of my healthcare provider, they pulled the reports and they had not performed any of the billed (reported)actions during any of the 5 visits. Patient is 94 years old (elderly abuse). Order supplies on 11/18/2024 Dates of Service: 11/15/2024 12/5/2024 12/11/2024 1/2/2025 1/9/2025

      My name is ********************* on behalf my mom *************************** we had numerous problems with amedesyis home care in college park ** from June 2022 -sept 2022 rude nurses supply issue I brought these matters to director *** many times without the desired results the most recent problem is director ***'s company recently released themselves from my mother's case while in the hospital without providing all the missing items from the previous order. She still was under contract at the time the family reported it directly to Him that the order was missing several items which he stated he was going to send. The original order had a picture of all items requested he placed the order but most of it came to my house missing. This company has a bad habit of not ordering stuff when it's time companies doesn't want to pay though they had a contract the whole time. Most orders come with no packing slips. This has been reported We found out that the company is not on the case so I called director ***'s number ************ to find out what happen to supplies and confirm his companies position This was on Sept 8 2022 no response after several tries that day usually he'll call back he monitors his line. We told him weeks and *********************** was gonna go to hospital He knowing and willful didn't fill the missing items because he planned to drop the case We have complained on his nurses about inappropriate behavior in patient home and I wrote him several times about that and the fact on July ***** his nurse refused to order critical medical supplies a ***** solution for wound care she was eligible for it. THE FILE HAD TO PAY FOR IT. DIRECTOR REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE US FOR OUR LOSE.THE FAMILY HAS HAD TO BUY SUPPLIES MANY TIMES IN THIS CONTRACT. WHEN THIS COMPANY ABANDON THE CONTRACT THE PATIENT WAS STILL OWED ITEMS REPORTED MISSING. 1. TELFA 2. Medical cloth tape 3. ***** solution 4. Gauze roll sterile individual wrapped single for wound stuffing. No bulk gauze
