    Complaints on file with the BBB indicate that consumer had $149.99 deducted from there checking accounts by this company after appling online for a payday loan or cash advance. Additional, some consumers that did not immediatley notice the debit, report having an additional $19.99 debit monthly after the intial $149.99. Consumer advise that when applying for the loan, they were not aware of also applying for an identity theft proctection program marketed by this company and that they did not authorize any money to be debited from their bank account. The company maintains that the fees where authorized and general offers a cancellation of the membership in order to resolve the complaint.
