My partner and I were in a motor vehicle accident on 12/18/24 resulting in hospitalization with multiple injuries and a totaled vehicle. We retained *** Nuggent the following day to advocate for us. The minute we signed those papers, it seems they have all left the country leaving us with no notice that they would not be available, no representation and when we call they send us the voicemail without any resolution. Meanwhile we have doctors appointments to go to and have missed meetings due to our attorneys not even being able to provide us with a rental car; or guidance on how to maneuver through this, in addition to ruining our Christmas and new year. They advertise one call thats all yet weve called several times without any useful assistance. This has been more of a hassle than anything else and I cant even get them on the phone the officially speak to a supervisor to change legal teams. I need help. Its been two weeks now sitting at home in pain because of someone elses decision to run a stop sign and plow into my vehicle, while we have been patiently waiting for our legal team to advocate for us and today is the last day I will wait. Yet Im sure when I do get a settlement they are going to want their share of the money meanwhile have done nothing to help me and have left me alone and in pain. Please help! I need the highest supervisor or *** himself to contact me

On September 21st 2023, I was involved in a vehicular accident. The law firm that I chose to represent me in the case is *** Nugent law firm. The integrity of this particular law firm is on the line in my opinion. After completing all the medical treatment, physical therapy and chiropractor appointments I am now dealing with the settlement process of the case. On May 1, 2024 the law firm sent off my settlement package to the insurance company of the at fault driver. I received feed back about the pack almost a month and a half later on June 13, 2024. At this time I received documents to sign via text message. I was only able to view page 2 of a two page document. When I brought this to the attention of the attorney over my case he acted as if he didn't know he sent only page 2 to me. He told me he would resend the document. The attorney sent only page 2 again. I didn't sign the document because I couldn't read what I was signing. He made me an offer to settle. I declined and asked to meet with him in ******* GA. We met on June 17, 2024. It's then that I learned that the law firm over my case would have received more money than me had I signed the documents sent via txt message. They were not up front with me. From June 13, 2024-July 29, 2024 I experienced more pain and suffering on behalf of the Kenneth S. Nugget law firm. Also, professional malpractice. I have been out of work since September 21st, 2023. There has been a lot of inconsistencies within this case. I have been struggling financially since the car accident that I am not/was not at fault for. Having to wait and experience this is totally unacceptable as a client and victim. Today is August 12, 2024 and I still have not received my check for the accident. I hope you all (BBB) can help. Thank you.

Today is Wednesday August 14, 2024. I have just completed the process of receiving my payment/settlement from the Kenneth S. Nugent law for a vehiclar accident I was involved in on September 21, 2023. On August 12, 2024 I filed a complaint to the BBB stating inconsistencies that I experienced in my case dealing with the *** Nugent law firm. Today, August 14, 2024, after signing paperwork to complete the process of picking my check, the attorney over my case asks me to withdraw the complaint I sent in on August 12, 2024. As a client, victim and person that wasn't at fault for the accident she (myself ) was involved in, I find it completely inappropriate to ask if I would withdraw my complaint. I do not intend to withdraw my complaint under any circumstances. I do not appreciate that type of treatment. Thank you.

I simply have been waiting to hear something about my case and I simply can't get ahold of anyone or get any information.. Almost like the workers vanished or know not to answer the phone for certain customers. I don't even know at this point how long this has been and I just want a resolution to my case or at least an update on what's going on. This seems illegal to come duct business like this.
