    Criticare is a company I would not refer anyone to for BLS/ACLS, etc. certifications. The terms and conditions do state that the course is non-refundable and proceeds to mention what the customer should do to reschedule and penalties for no-shows. However, it provides no information of what will be done in the event they fail to provide services, which happened in my case. I paid, I was ready to attend, but they emailed me 4 days prior to let me know they will not be holding class on that date due to limited staff. How is that my fault?? I was not able to reschedule because I was out of town on the earlier date they offered and I needed this certification by the 1st, and the next date they had available after the 30th (my original assigned date) was the 2nd. I had to get my certification through another company because of this, but now, they refuse to give me a refund. Only credit towards a future class. Their Terms and Conditions are vague and do not include any scenarios in which they take accountability for canceled classes.
