    I hired Ox and Bull Logistics through U-************************* for loading of a U-Haul truck on 5/29/2023. ***** and ****** arrived almost an hour after their scheduled time (scheduled for ****am and arrived at ****). Their packing job was terrible. Items were not secured within the truck and when we commented on the quality we were told 'I have been doing this for 20 years. I think I know what I am doing.' We specifically disclosed that we were moving **** miles and needed everything to be very secure for that long move. Within 2 hours of being on the road, the foot board of our bed frame fell on to a fragile box of expensive artwork because it was not secured. The box was labeled fragile and do not lay flat, yet it was laying flat and was crushed by a heavy piece of furniture. We then had to climb into the truck to secure the footboard as best we could for the remainder of the trip. When we arrived at our destination, many boxes and items were damaged despite being labeled fragile. When we unloaded, the company was floored with how bad of a job was done and how much was damaged. Damages when we arrived at our destination: Kitchen table top: glass shattered, Coffee table top and pull outs: glass shattered/broken, Coffee table frame: significant scrapes and scratches that ripped paint off, Bedside table: significant scrapes and damage to the top and sides, Black Shelving unit: shelf damaged, Lamps: bent and scratched and lamp shade destroyed, Loveseat/couch: significant scratches and damage to the upholstery from rubbing, Shoe rack: shelves ripped out, Wine chiller: scratches and marks around entire unit, Grill: frame base bent and damaged burners, gray wood Cubby storage unit: back ripped off with holes and scratches on whole unit. Since the incident, I have opened a case through MovingHelp but the company has not responded. I have also texted and emailed them with no response. I believe that we are owed $3300 for damages to our furniture to replace it.
