      11/06/2024 ************************** Entered two different credit cards into the Eagle parking machine, no receipt was issued so I was suspicious, took photo of the photo of the machine saying to remove my card and that parking was covered for $5.00 until 5PM. I received a notice from collections for $87.00. This is bogus, I tried to pay the machine twice and followed the instructions. This is the machine not me. Why should I pay them $87.00 for their faulty machine? Or is this a scam company? Several other employees working on the construction site across the street have had the exact same issue.

      On September 17, 2024, I traveled to the ******** area of ******* to visit a friend in her new apartment. I parked in Eagle Parking LLC's parking deck located at ******************************** I paid for two hours of parking--worth $10. We lost track of time and I left later than expected. A month later, this business has charged me $65 to $90 for overstaying in the deck (depending on whether I pay within 30 days of the notice). This amount far exceeds the amount charged on the Park Mobile app. The business claims that this policy is posted conspicuously, but it is not. If posted, it has no warning about the $65 to $90 fee. This is a predatory business practice and is an unenforceable adhesion contract.

      ******************* uses license plate recognition (LPR) cameras to monitor parking lot activity and enforce parking regulations. In this case, the customer acknowledges that they overstayed beyond the allotted purchase time and, as a result, are subject to the fines and penalties as outlined by the parking enforcement policies. 

      Its important to note that clear signage is posted throughout the parking lot, informing customers of the ********************** rules and the consequences of exceeding their paid time. This ensures that all visitors are aware of the enforcement measures in place, which are intended to maintain fair use of the parking spaces.

      We strongly encourage the customer to reach out directly to the enforcement company responsible for issuing the violation. By contacting them, they can discuss the specific details of the infraction and arrange for payment or, if necessary, explore any available options for dispute or payment plans.

      I am rejecting this response because I doubt that the signage's language and placement was clear and prominent enough so that those parking there were aware of the company's policies. I would like to see the signage's language and wording as well as its placement in the parking structure. I do not believe that the signage was clear in its warning nor was the sign posted in a prominent area.  In any event, while charging for staying longer than paid is arguably fair, charging in excess of twenty times more than the value of the extra hour spent in the parking deck is unconscionable.  Requiring customers to agree to these policies is an unenforceable adhesion contract.

      Attached is the parking contract signage covering enforcement and is placed in various locations around the parking facility.   Please review the language in bold int he second paragraph which covers parking beyond the time period which the customer paid.  

      Secondly, the customer claims to have used Parkmobile.   Parkmobile has a text alert function when the customer is about to run out of time and a feature that they can extend that time to ensure their parking stay does not terminate.   This also was not done

      Lastly, enforcement company will not send a ticket to the customer if they return and leave the facility with 30 minutes of the parking expiration time.   

      The customer will need to contact the enforcement company and resolve the violation.

      The Eagle Parking valet located at the ********************* at ************************************************** ran into another car and caused damage to my car, a gray 2011 ***** Accord, when attempting to move my car on Saturday March 9th 2024. I received a claims form from the valet confirming the accident. I followed the instructions on the form and contacted Eagle Parking claims department. They did initially acknowledge they received my inquiry and requested photos, which I provided, but have been unresponsive since. I have called and emailed multiple times.

      On Saturday, November 25th, I valet parked at the ******************* in *******. Eagle Parking is in charge of parking the cars. When i entered the lot, my rear view mirror was in tact. After I left the lot, I realized that I needed to adjust my mirror and found that it was broken and the unit that it is attached to is no longer flush to the car. The mirror will not stay in position and moves with the slightest touch. I contacted Eagle Parking and they are refusing to fix my mirror based on statements from the employees who park the cars who claim they did not touch the mirror and the fact that I did not file a claim before leaving the lot. I did not try to adjust the mirror until after I left the lot. Also, the company sent me a claim form a few days later, so it must not be necessary to file a claim before leaving the lot. Perhaps someone inadvertently hit the mirror, but, however it happened, the mirror is indeed broken and I am not making a false claim.

      Per my previous conversation with the guest I informed them the employees working on the lot did not touch the rearview mirror, and since she left the property without filing a claim we could not accept liability.  The rearview mirror is not a part of a vehicle we use to park the car.  Furthermore, the issue with the mirror appears to be mechanical, and I informed the guest to try and use their warranty.

      On 8/13/23 an employee for eagle parking at ******************************* stole my sons wallet , cash , credit cards and a set of personal keys . Police was called and a report was made . I have tried several times to get a hold of corporate office and it has been unsuccessful. *** left voice messages and emails and apparently this is a big scam and the entire company is in on it and steal from customers . The manager at the valet where the incident happened ********************* did not seem to care and brushed this off. This is absolutely unacceptable. From the reviews I have read on this BBB and ****** im surprised this company is allowed to operate . So many people have been scammed . An investigation is underway .

      Since the incident the eagle parking manager at the location where this occurred ********************* gave me the phone # told me to press 1 and rings off the hook no one ever answers and YES I did leave voicemails. Its obvious the voicemails have been ignored as according to tons of reviews that I have read this is normal that so many fall victims to your company and employees . I received a call from the ************ station where an individual that was arrested with the description of your employee was caught with my sons belongings. He got caught ! This company will be hearing from me . And action will take place whether you want to or not.

      On Thursday, April 6th, I had dinner at ****** Kitchen; arrived at 7 and departed at 9. The next day I noticed the scratches on my car and called ****** to see about getting some help with the issue. It took several phone calls to finally get someone to give me the information on Eagle Parking. They let me know that there was cameras and they would check to see if they had the incident on video. I got a follow up e-mail on April 22nd from a ***********************, "the manager of the Valet's at ****** Kitchen, saying he was looking into it. Since that time he will not respond to any e-mails; you can't get anyone at Eagle to pick up a phone or call you back. What a sham! Just mess up folks cars and have ZERO interest in making it right.

      I received notice about a parking charge that was not paid. The letter was sent from a professional parking management company. However, when I researched the date, I was able to find confirmation of a payment made that day using my bank debit card. The amount paid was a $12 fee. However, the notice I received is asking me to pay $90 and if I pay in the next 15 days it will be $55. First off, parking was paid for immediately after I parked. In addition, attempted to dispute and received a message that my dispute is not valid. I am concerned that this is a scam and/or tactic to get customers to pay something they do not owe. I need this to be cleared up immediate. BBB - can you help?

      Eagle Parking valet struck my 2020 Dodge Ram against parking bollard 8/8/2022 at ****** Kitchen, ******************, **. Eagle Parking did not call proceeding business day to instruct me as to next steps into how to rectify the damage. After two business days I called Eagle Parking to finally get a return response 4 days after the initial incident. They indicated, I would need to take my vehicle to at least two different collision centers to obtain quotes and they would direct me as to where I would take my vehicle. I in fact get three separate quotes and after them telling me where to take my vehicle, I finally was able to insist I take my vehicle to a location of my choice since it was my asset which was damaged under their negligence. Have received little to no communication back from Eagle after my vehicle has been in the shop for over a month. I have yet to be reimbursed for my rental car which I've paid out of pocket $1,900 (requested payment over two weeks ago). And now the collision center has completed repair on my vehicle, they will not release vehicle until Eagle pays for the repairs. Their handling of this claim has been very poor. No communication, slow to little response and causing me financial hardship as a result of damages incurred by their operation. Furthermore, I now have diminished value on my vehicle and have not received compensation for this value.

      The vehicle repairs were paid in full one day after being notified the vehicle was ready for pick-up.  The claimant chose the more expensive option even though all Collision Centers have fully guaranteed satisfaction on their repairs.  We still paid the higher fee even though most insurance companies will short how much they will pay for a vehicle repair on a consistent basis.  For this reason we do not involve insurance.   The rental bill was received and submitted for processing.  All Accounts Payables go through several layers of approval before they are paid to protect against fraud, and the check was mailed on 12.9.2022,  The rental bill was received on November 18th, therefore with the following Holiday week was mailed within 13 business days.

      August 27, 2022 around 5pm, we were supposed to buy something at Windsor and the nearest parking area is the Eagle Parking at Peachtree. There was a man standing near just looking at us, we paid for the parking fee and suddenly he walked to us and told us the parking area is reserved for ******. We ask if we can go get our order quickly the guy told us we are not allowed there and we should leave. If he was able to tell us it was reserved for ****** while we were paying for it we would not have wasted 13 dollars for nothing, but no he was just standing there. Such a waste of money. It is unfair, there was no sign at all that it was only for ******** customers.
