I am parking in my apartment community's parking lot (*************************). There are no posted signs with rules regulating parking (except some spots are designated visitor spots). Otherwise, there must be a parking decal for the apartment community displayed on your car to park. Professional Parking Management has issued 3 "citations" to my car for an expired license plate on 5/24/25, 6/1/25, and 6/22/25. I submitted a dispute following the first citation requesting a waiver as I'm a pediatrician who works night shifts and cannot forego sleep during the day in order to visit the **** I indicated that I had a window of time off coming at the end of June in which I would resolve the issues. I requested a courtesy waiver in light of my circumstances and the fact that they are not associated with law enforcement to issue such citations. They responded with "Thank you for contacting us Unfortunately this notice can't be waived. Per the rules of the building, vehicles with expired license plates displayed are prohibited from parking at this facility. This dispute is declined, and payment of the Notice is due in full. If you have additional information that we should review, please dispute again - click here: *************************************."I have since paid the first citation ($45 plus an online $4.99 "convenience fee" which seems like an unnecessary junk fee) and again requested a waiver on the subsequent citations, again explaining the circumstances. They responded with the same response.Again these supposed rules are not posted anywhere within the parking lot that I've seen. They were not specified in the leasing agreement I signed with my apartment complex. I have no incentive to pay the excessive and punitive citations if they can simply issue them again any time they feel like it before I get to the ****

Professional Parking Management sent a letter that I was being fined $75 + $5 processing fee for a parking garage. This happened on a Tuesday night where the first hour is free. My friend and I had a nice dinner on the property ($200, we can provide receipts) and did not receive a notice that time was expiring and simply forgot to add time to our parking. We were there for 46minutes over the 1 hour of free parking. The cost for 1hour of parking on week days after 4pm is $4. There is no gate to collect payment on the way out in case there is a balance on time you are parked in the garage which now is clear that exists to try to defraud customers. The website **************************************************************************** was not able to find the notice/violate number or my tag in their system. I believe this is an added level of fraudulent business practice in order to charge the "Full Charge amount". I will gladly pay for the time I was on the property ($4) but fully dispute this "violation" otherwise.

I parked at ********************** on 4/22/25. I paid for an hour at the parking meter, which said it was out of ticket paper. It asked me for my phone number so it could send me a reminder when my time was up so I can pay for more time. I kept waiting for the reminder so I could pay but I never received one. I left the lot 34 minutes late. I would have spent another $6 which was the hourly fee, but I never received the message to do so. Then I received a letter in the mail asking me to pay $75 (plus $5 convenience fee) for those 34 minutes. I would pay the $6 or even $10 but $75 is ridiculous.

I parked at a lot owned by this company on May 21, 2025 and paid $9 using my debit card at their machine for parking. Then I received a "notice of non-compliance" dated May26, 2025 with an $85/$50 reduced fee. I found proof of payment on my debit statement and sent that in electronically to the company to dispute the charge, and received a reply saying that that was insufficient to prove payment. They require the original receipt or proof of payment on the app, which I did not use. I believe this company may be targeting older people who use the app, or people paying with a card, knowing that people have no reason to keep the paper receipts from parking.

I am filing a complaint against Professional Parking Management for the unlawful issuance of a parking fine, which I believe was improperly applied under questionable business practices. I respectfully request that the fine be dismissed and that the company cease any further attempts to collect payment.Complaint Details:Date of Incident: 07/14/2024 Location of Incident: **************************************** Ticket/Reference Number: ********* License Plate Number: ******* On **/**/2024, I parked in a lot managed by Professional Parking Management. There were no visible signs indicating parking restrictions or any fees for parking. Due to the lack of proper signage, I was not made aware of any terms or conditions that would justify the fine I received. This lack of clear communication is a significant concern, as it led to an unjustified fine.Additionally, I have encountered reports of questionable business practices associated with Professional Parking Management, including issuing fines without proper signage and other practices that have been deemed deceptive and potentially illegal. As such, I believe this fine is part of a larger pattern of unfair and unlawful tactics.Despite my attempts to resolve this issue with the company, I have received no satisfactory response. Based on the lack of proper signage, the questionable business practices, and my belief that this fine is illegal, I refuse to pay this charge.Desired Resolution:I request that this fine be immediately canceled and that any further attempts to collect payment be ceased. I also ask that the company be held accountable for its practices, and that the BBB investigate the validity of their operations and business methods to prevent future incidents of this nature.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue.

I have received a ticket in the mail for $55 to be paid for parking in a lot at *************** market from Professional Parking Management. I was not able to print a receipt to prove my parking was paid and had to put into dispute with the company showing I paid from credit card. They are criminal.

I parked at a parking garage for Puttshack off ***************** on March 19th at 12:30pm. I scanned the ** code, download the app and entered the zone number, license plate and paid $15.45 for three hours. I left at 2:30pm so I had one hour remaining for the amount paid. A week later I receive a parking charge notice for an amount of $85 saying I didnt pay for parking, when I clearly did and have the receipt proving I didnt pay. Company says it for the wrong zone. Why would I enter the wrong zone number? I scanned the ** provided in the parking garage and entered the information provided by the parking garage. Company refuses to accept and denied both disputes.

I have seen many other folks dispute these parking charges that they got, so I will do the same thing. My wife went to park in this lot downtown, paid for parking, and on top of that, was only there for 17 minutes. This ridiculous company is now trying to charge $85 for that??? They have very, very flawed systems in place that is causing many to be threatened to pay an absurd amount for nothing. Especially since the parking was PAID FOR!!! Date was on 3/14/2025 from 1:50 PM to 2:07 PM. We certainly will not be paying for this ticket, and if necessary, will jump on a lawsuit against these crooks, especially if one single point gets deducted from our credit scores.

I visited a business on 3/2/25 where I paid the amount of $9 via the ** code that was posted at the parking site. It was to my understanding that the payment covered two hours. Around a week later I get a notice in the mail stating that I am being charged an overage in the amount of $70, but if I pay the fine within 30 days I could pay the discount rate of $35. The notice clearly stated my arrival time and my exit time which didn't exceed two hours so I am confused about how they came up with a fine I owed for an overage? I tried to visit the website to dispute the charge and the website was not valid! These notices and charges do not appear to be valid.
