There are no signs posted about needing to pay or how to pay to park. I parked in a lot I have parked in for years without any issues. I parked last week and came back to a $55 dollar ticket! I asked them to explain to me when they starter managing the lot, where the signs are telling me to pay to park, and how to pay next time. They did not answer ir respond to any of my questions. They simply said I had to pay the money. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. These are not the people you want managing your lot. I have heard so many people say they are not visiting business where they have to park in these lots anymore which is extremely troubling for business owners.Business Response

The incident occurred 18Sep2022 at the parking garage ****************************************************************** thought I completed the transaction for the parking for 2 hours for a total of $6. Apparently the transaction for $6 did not complete. I stayed only an hour in the parking garage. As a result of the transaction being incomplete, I have been billed $45 dollars. I called and explained to the company the situation. They are unwilling to a reasonable adjustment for me to pay the $6. I will not return to the business and will be sure to file this complaint for the company's ******* listing as well. This is probably a corporate issue regardless of state.Business Response

I have parked to ****************************** to go to Turkish Consulate. And after a week I have received a parking charge notice of $85 and some taxes. I parked for 70mins and this is the notice they sent it to me. I think they are trying to rob people who comes from out of state and trying to get as much as they can with these notices. Now they have said on the phone that they are going ti send this to collection agency. What is going on? I could pay $10 or something like that to parking but they don't have an enforcers, or parking paying machines or anything. This is so unnecessary. Don't even use them because they will rob you. I was invited to my friends apartment. On my first visit I unknowingly parked in residential parking. I paid this ticket and talked to security about where to park in the future. They told me to park on the roof of the structure. I did as I was told and parked on the roof. I received another citation for: "Failure to Display Pass / Permit". I don't have a pass or a permit, I'm a visitor parking in the visitor area. When I brought up this complaint they repeated the above statement.
