Parked in ************ ************** (PayByPhone Application) on 03/09/25. Paid for 4 hrs parking ($5.40 per hour). A minute after parking expired, a ticket was issued for $55. I was not able to extend the parking as my phone discharged and my son didn't have the application and my license place information to help me. I got to the car couple minutes late and found the ticket. I feel like someone just waits there to issue those high price fines the moment the parking expires. I am disputing this charge. This company has an awful reputation!

Parked in the *************************** Garage to a sauna appointment for the free 1.5 hours. The appointment was delayed and was running behind by 15 minutes. The establishment said it would be fine and no need to pay for my own personal parking beyond what they already validated (1.5 hours).A few weeks later I get an attempt to collect *****. Very predatory and shameful. Clear exorbitant pricing, this company needs to be run into the ground.

I received a notice of non compliance from Professional Parking Management saying I owe $25 and it will double if I dont pay by January 31. I parked in a handicap parking spot and clearly displayed my handicap placard on the front mirror inside my car. I refuse to pay this charge. I cant find a way to call them. The notice said the terms and conditions of the Parking Contract were clearly displayed at the parking facility, but I didnt see a sign in the area where I parked. Can you help me?Thank you

We parked at a parking lot near The Eastern when we attended a concert recently. We did not notice any requirement to pre-pay for parking as we made our way to the venue, and assumed, as is typically the case, that one could simply pay on the way out. When we left the gate was opened, and we believed that parking fees had been waived as sometimes happens at a venue that encourages visitors to shop and eat. We later got a notice from "Professional Parking Management" indicating that we owed them $90; they had taken photos of our license plate and apparently looked them up to get our address, which as far as we know is not legal. We are happy to pay the usual amount to park but do not feel that a penalty of this amount is appropriate. We have submitted a request via the company's website but they denied the appeal. We understand this company is rated "F" by you and is also the subject of a class action lawsuit due to their inappropriate use of license tag data for collection purposes. Can you help us? Thank you!

We initially paid for valid parking and also had a nearby restaurant validate our parking for the remainder of our session and this scam company continues to harass us about an overstay in their garage. They are demanding that we pay up to $85.

I received a notice of non-compliance for allegedly not paying in a parking lot, totaling for $170 ($85 per charge). Both charges were erroneous as I had paid for all the time allotted. In addition, I also had free validated parking from the business using their lot, so there was no way for me to have "overstayed". I disputed both of them via their online website, and they rejected it saying they needed more information (IE: a copy of my receipts). I have that information, but their dispute portal no longer works. They have no contact or email (that doesn't go to a no-reply) on their website, either. Secondly, the details they provided me in the claims that I did not pay/overstayed seem to be clearly forged. They note that I exited a lot at 3:26pm, but entered a second one at 3:17pm with the same car. If these images were taken with automatic capture technology, the details have been modified. This is especially relevant, given that they are attempting to charge me an additional $85 for "overstaying" my charge, but have provided false details. Thirdly, I refuse to pay a company that has unlawfully accessed my driving records to issue a citation. Their use of license plate recognition technology to capture my vehicle's license plate number and retrieve my personal information from motor vehicle records without consent is a clear violation of the federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act (****). The **** strictly prohibits the use of personal data from motor vehicle records unless prior consent is given or the entity accessing the data is a government body, which PPM is not. Additionally, charging $85 for exceeding the parking limit by what is allegedly less than 20 minutes is excessive and constitutes extortion.

I got charged a parking ticket for parking in a lot. There was not any proper signage that it was a paid and did not stay there. There is no proof that I parked there. They have a a photo of me entering the lot but no proof of my car leaving the lot. They are trying to charge me 70 dollars which seems like a scam.

I paid $10 for two hours of parking but overstay by an hour. I was willing to pay for the extra hour, but did not have the chance a Week later, I get a bill for $90. 24 hours of parking is $20, So I feel it unfair to charge $90 for overstay by one hour.

Date of Transaction:July *****, 2024 Amount Paid:Paid through the Professional Parking Management app, including an ****************** Commitment:The app allowed me to extend my parking time, and I followed the extension process correctly.Nature of Dispute:I left the garage on 7/28/2024 at 2:54 AM, as confirmed by the picture on the notice. However, I extended the parking time through the app before the expiration, and I left before the extended time expired. Despite this, I am being charged for overstaying, which is inaccurate.Resolution Attempts:I have reached out but have not received a resolution.Desired Outcome:I request the removal of the overstaying charges, as I extended the parking time through the app and left before it expired.

These parking scams are clearly an issue. We parked in a huge public parking lot in a plaza where I have parked for years. If you want to make it a "pay for park" it should have some way of securing the area. This is on ****** drive in ******* with a Trader Joes and tons of businesses that people run in and out for many years. To the left I guess you can park without issue, but they bought the lot to the right and are just thieves in my opinion. Once a company has an F from the better business bureau, why are they still allowed to business in *******? This was at **************************************. Furthermore this terrible business practice will only hurt the businesses in the plaza because after you have been wronged, you tend to not return to the business.
