I was sitting in my car looking for my friends which is clearly shown on camera and they're trying to charge me $55 or than $90 because they feel as if an empty lot on the weekend constitutes them penalizing me for not wanting to leave my car Because I didn't have The physical means To pay or through the phone at the moment I contacted And explain the situation. They denied me and gave me a bunch of jargon that's clearly scripted for manipulation reasons They obviously have an F rating with you guys, because I already checked into them I have paid infractions before but this time I didn't commit any infractions The only time I left was less than ************************************************************************************************ but I'm clearly sitting in my car the whole timeInitial Complaint

On 07/10/2024 I parked at **********************************. I visited two businesses in the shopping district - *************** and ****************. I arrived at 3:51pm and left at 6:51pm. Upon entering and parking I noticed signs saying 2 hours maximum parking. There was no information given anywhere about how to pay to extend the parking time. Approx. a week later I received Notice Number *********** in the mail from a company called Professional Parking Management Corporation (PPMC) for $85.00 + tax. There was information listed to dispute the charge. I have attempted to do so twice and in both cases have received a canned response which states: "Signs exist throughout the facility indicating how to pay". I have gone back to check, there are no such signs. I have also spoke with employees of the businesses who were able to confirm this. I will not pay a company that illegally accessed my driving records to send me a citation. License plate recognition technology is used to obtain vehicle owners' license plate numbers, and then used those numbers to get their contact information from motor vehicle records without their consent. The federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) prohibits this. Personal data can only be used from the *** if consent is given in advance or if issued by a government body which PPMC is not. Further $85 for 1 hour over the limit is extortion.Initial Complaint

Professional Parking Management sent me bill for overtime parking of less than 2 minutes over the 1 hour payment. There is no way to inquire and because the exit was blocked, I was delayed. I do not understand how a parking facility would not have a ***** period especially when pedestrians, children and pets are walking on sidewalks and require courtesy from drivers. There is no contact information to reach the owner/operator on the notice.Filing an appeal is not an option.Initial Complaint

On 7/30/2024 I booked and paid for parking in the Spot Hero App for $25 (ID *********. I parked for my event, and on August 15 I received a notice that I owed $45 for unpaid parking. They offer no means to contact them for correction.Initial Complaint

I've been sent 4 tickets (recently, 6 total) by this parking company, On a weekly basis (Mondays) I attend a pool tournament at the Independent. When parking I have access to 2 hours of free parking (scanning parking lot bar code) Then at the Independent I have to scan and fill in their bar code for an additional 4 hours. When I do this I do not get confirmation of the 4 hours, my guess is they are acting fraudulently and don't want to address this because it generates income. I have appealed but they dont' want to address it. After that I checked with the business, I've emailed them an appeal but they don't seem to want to acknowlege their mistakes. Because they never emailed me originally, I have no receipt to show them that I scanned the bar code (which I do every time), again, I feel this is their way of trying to cheat a person.Initial Complaint

I parked in a lot managed by them on 7/28/24 & paid by AMEX at the parking meter. There was no receipt given however I do have proof on my AMEX bill. I received a notice that I had not paid & would be billed $85 unless I paid within 30 days then I could pay $45. My license plate is "*******". I have been working at a nail salon, called **********************************, for over 2 years. I always park normally behind the shopping center where the salon is located because the owner already registered my license plate with the landlord. Recently, from May, I received about 4 mails every week from "Professional Parking Management" asking me to pay fines because I park legally. THE ***** AMOUNT AS OF NOW IS OVER $1900 DOLLARS. My god **** question is: WHY THE **** SHOULD I PAY FOR THIS ABSURD FINE IF I AM WORKING THERE FOR A LONG TIME??? I was issued 2 tickets by this parking company, On a weekly basis ( most every Sunday) I attend a pool tournament. When parking I have access to 2 hours of free parking ( if I scan and fill in bar code) Then at the pool place ( the Independent) I have to scan and fill in their bar code for an additional 4 hours. When I did these things, my email was not accepted, ( dont know why, as they would not address that issue when I appealed) but that was not obvious to me until I received two $85 tickets, in the mail.After that I checked with the business, I was going to( The Independent) and they gave me an email ( not mine) to enter. I have not received a ticket since. But they have sent numerous threatening letters to me, regarding collection agencies. I have appealed to the company to no avail. They have not addressed my concern that this all came about as they would not accept my email, and that has not changed. To this day I am using some random email, so if I ever do have another problem, there is no evidence to support it. I cannot retrieve my confirmation email from the that email.Initial Complaint

This photo is my car but it may have been driven by my daughter while we were on vacation in *******. I asked her about this parking ticket and she said it may have been when she was trying to find a place for lunch, there was no street parking and she pulled into an empty parking lot for a few minutes to make a reservation at a restaurant. She also said that it was pouring rain that day and she had the grand kids and did not want to get them soaked. I asked if there was a sign for parking payment and she said she did not see one but with the rain pouring down it was hard to tell. Why am I being charged $90 for 17 minutes in an empty lot? if this was where this is supposed to be. I would gladly pay a $5-10 fee but I find $90 a little steep for only 17 minutes. I am not even sure if this was the right place since I was not there and my daughter does not remember any other place.Initial Complaint

I have been sent 2 incorrect parking fine invoices by this company. I parked in a parking lot at **************** to go to work at *********. On 6/17/24 and 6/18/24. I recieved letters staring there is a 20 dollar charge when the entry time and exit time match my work hours. I read the letter and it stated there is a dispute method, but when I went to the web site, there is no dispute method. I have been improperly booted by this company and now they are attempting to charge me $20 per day to go to work. They are threatening to refer this to collections. You can not call them, there is no way of contacting them. I have had to reach out to BBB for these reasons. Thank you *********************
