    I received a notice in the mail for a parking charge for an overstay. I did not park overnight in the parking deck and extended my parking hours while parked. If anyone needs additional info on the company here you go. To file a dispute and put the notice on hold you must go to (parkinginvoice)(dot)com. For further assistance you may call ********** (Mon-Fri, 9a-3pm est) or email them at (parkingsupport)(at symbol)12oaksparking(.com)I called the number but no one answered.

    You can contact Professional Parking Management number in ****** and click on the ****** customer website. It will provide their customer service number. customer service states if you filed a dispute you will hear from them in 3-5 business days the number does start with area code 954. They are trash but hopefully we all can get our money back

    THIS COMPANY AND WOODSTOCK MAYOR SHOULD BE IN CHARGE OF STOPPING THIS OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY CHARGING PEOPLE UNFAIRLY AND ATTACKING SENIORS WHO ARE HANDICAPPED.I RECEIVED A TICKET, I TRIED TO FILE A DISPUTE.     I have received numerous "Notice of Non-Compliance" letters from this company while visiting my daughter at her apartment. I registered my car and paid for my overnight parking EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been there and yet they continue to send notices. I have to dispute the charge and upload a screenshot of verification of payment every time. What a waste of my time - they must have the most incompetent people checking the entry and exit photos and cross referencing to payments. If I could rate this company ZERO stars I would.

    Their system is misleading and completely set up for the ****** to fail, so they can charge an extra $$. The property owner just lost a customer for their tenants. Why put yourself through the maze of confusion and deception for marginal profit? WAKE up OWNER !!!! See you later Interlock, no interest in returning to support any of your small businesses. I just paid an "overstay" charge that has no relationship to the general parking rates I paidfor the anticipated time, etc. There is no chance or assistance to extend the time remotely as Park Mobile will do. There are no real details on the (bill) matter other than (OVESTAY), and there is no reasonable penalty for the violation. Just a threatening letter grabbing more money from your pocket. I am not surprised they are a Florida operation. Scammers

    Scammers, I parked in my friend's apt building garage and paid for 3 hours. They said I was in the building for extra 15 minutes and sent me a 50$ bill

    Parked here for 2 days and paid both times I entered and exited the building. The total cost for the day to park there is $5 something. Shockingly I got home to find 2 tickets totaling over $120 stating I hadnt paid during times when I left. When I submitted receipts showing payment for those dates, I got a canned response denial basically stating to resubmit it and the times didnt align (again even though if you stay for 1 hour or the whole day its a flat fee so I had paid total required). I know multiple people that have parked there and never pay. Then I go and do the right thing and pay over $10 to park there for 48 hours and they send me ticket charges 12x the amount. All negative reviews I found online as well with similar stories. They offer no number to call either other than automated pay hotline.

    This company is absolutely, 100% fraudulent. Ive received multiple tickets for parking in lots that have no signage indicating you have to pay. For example, a Trader Joes parking lot, a coffee shop parking lot, and a visitor lot at an apartment complex. All of which *** confirmed are FREE. They try to make their tickets look as official as possible, but they are not affiliated with local or state officials whatsoever. They make it seem like you risk getting booted or towed if you fail to pay the fine. I contest every ticket I get from them and they waive the fee with no issuewhich to me seems like they know what theyre doing is wrong, so they dont push back too much. Its deplorable, I am waiting for the day that this company is sued and shut down for their shady and barely legal (if at all) money making scheme. Class action suit anyone?
