    I parked in a lot in ******** and paid, but put the wrong zone number in the app, Now parking management is coming after me to collect a $65 payment (which escalates if not paid immediately) on a $6.90 parking fee tha was paid. They do not have a phone number and every dispute was answered by a bot. This practice is predatory and should be illegal in ********If I could give less than one star, I would.

    Less than 1 star! I tried to dispute a fine and none of their email addresses are valid ! How reputable can they be?

    Absolutely predatory practice! I received a ticket from them, in a parking lot that WAS NOT managed by them!Of course they threaten with collection immediately if you don't pay the $35 or it will increase to $90???To try and get a hold to dispute..no luck...no phone to leave a message or talk to a human or the email, no one has reached back... You look and see ALL the complaints and class action lawsuits..how are they still able to be in business?? It feels yucky and is yucky...I had to ultimately pay the ticket thru Oxygen debt collectors so it wouldn't end up in my report...not right!!

    I stay in apartments that this company works for and several times I have had guest over who register their cars . This is the 3rd time now they have gave my guests a ticket when we also have proof the car was registered during the time that this has happened : whoever this person is needs to be fired because they dont know what the **** THEY ARE DOING IF WE DECIDED TO TAKE THIS COURT WED *** THIS COMPANY .

    I received an invoice from this company for parking fee for 5/23/2024 for $85.00 for two hours of parking. If paid within 15 days of the receipt of the letter the fee is only $45.00, RED FLAG. First of all the parking was paid on 5/23/2024 via a LINK posted in the parking garage.A dispute was opened and proof of payment was sent to the company on 6/12/2024, to which they immediately responded that they were waiving the notice on this occasion as a gesture of good will. GO FIGURE. This occurred at *************************************************. Please, be aware and keep your proof of payment handy.

    I received a letter on 6/10/24 stating I owed $90 for a parking fee they said occurred on 5/1/24. Why did it take more than a month to send a notice? This was for a car I have never owned that was parked at a place I have never been and I was out of town on the day the car was parked there.This is a total scam! I have no idea how they got my name and address or how they associated this car with me! Scary!

    Terrible company. Sent me an invoice despite having been a registered guest parking in designated parking on property and when I filed a dispute they voided it, charged me more and customer service told me it's the property that controls this not them. I called property and they said it's all on Professional Parking since set up through them. I filed another dispute and gave tons of info, names of appropriate parties, proof I parked legally, etc. and STILL received another bill and denied dispute for EVEN MORE MONEY as I did not pay in the timeframe when my disputes had been filed (as their own website literally says not to!!!). I love visiting the friend living in said complex but won't be visiting now or at least not driving there because this joke of a company is in charge. Ridiculous and should not be allowed to operate under false pretenses and charge people fees for following the guidelines THEY set. Yes, I am very angry so the all-caps is necessary. Treat people better and stop taking advantage.

    I visited my daughter at her apartment in *******. Your greedy company charged me for parking in her apartment parking area. Ive been parking there for years and now you are charging me. You denied my dispute parking charge ***********. I am a disabled Gulf War Veteran, and I protected you, this is the THANK YOU I get?!! I will be speaking out against your company EVERY chance I get! I will report your company to the BBB, post my experience on ALL social media platforms. Your business will never succeed due to your thievery and evil ways! They rejected my dispute and forced me to pay $94.00 to include admin fee. Please investigate and audit this company, because they are ripping innocent people off. I am requesting my money back. They don't have any business ethics or values. I would rate them lower if I could!!!

    They are crooks. They don't have signs then they send you a notice/citation then they reduce it by default and still charge more then what a parking would be.
