    Paid full price to park in a deck using the link on the parking signs, on two different occasions. Did not overstay either time and yet they've sent me multiple letters for those dates demanding $85 for an "over-stay" charge. I have email records of my receipts (from them) that is date/time stamped and I can't get ahold of anyone to dispute. Frustrating!

    The valet service I used uses this parking garage for the restaurant connected to it. We paid for valet and they sent us a letter charging us $45 for parking here and not paying, this feels like a scam.

    Complete scam, ripping off the public. I received an invoice with a parking charge for $85. I parked in a parking lot with a sign indicating public parking: the parking signs in the garage are horrendous, some indicate resident other indicates guest and the pay online notice is barely visible. Its amazing the *************** allows these guys to operate. If you attempt to appeal, no one ever gets back to you.

    Total SCAM! I received a parking ticket in the mail from this company stating that I did not pay for parking. I know I did as I remember paying and I have my bank statement proving so. I submitted my bank statement to this company which they declined because my bank statement does not have my car tag number attached. Complete lunacy. I called trying to resolve this matter and was abruptly hung up on. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

    This company is a fraud. I parked in a space that was 2hr free parking. There was no signs when I parked. When I return 2 hrs later, I have a ticket for $45. There is nobody around to complain. When I login their website, they claim I parked an hour after the time I actually parked and moved the signs to say that after 3pm, that area becomes valet. The signs are movable signs and there wasnt any sign when I arrived so they put the signs for the photo op picture they posted online. When I tried to appeal online they obviously denied it saying I have to go to court because there is no further appeal. This company is fraud.

    This company is trying to charge me over $100 for an "overstay" parking charge despite the fact that I left before my paid parking even ended. When I tried to dispute it, they denied my claim and resent the same "proof" which just shows my car leaving. They do not include the time that I paid, which would show it was still within the paid parking time.

    Total scam & bogus charges! How are you sending out invoices after payments for parking was made. A $10.00 parking charge turned into $90.00

    There should be a negative star to be able to make a review. Parking garage is diabolical to navigate, then you pull into a spot and theres a sign that says resident and guest parking. The pay app sign is painted on a wall and is easily missed as you try to decipher lanes and columns, in order to find a spot. I went to visit a friend thinking this was the parking garage for them I come down and I have a $55 ticket after visiting for an hour and a half. Its a scam and this company should be put out of business immediately..

    I parked in a residential area and paid the parking unfortunately realized after that the tag entered was my car tag and I was driving my daughters car I sent the information in to appeal with copy of the receipt and they denied my appeal. Seems to me like their only in to make money. It was an honest mistake and I did pay parking! How economy is now days please be kind and honor human mistakes.

    I paid the parking but received a ticket. I had a difficult time uploading my receipt and called to ask for an email address to send copies of my receipt. The representative told me I had to upload. When I received notification that it was denied by email I was given an email address I could respond to, which I did and sent 3 different copies of receipts. They still denied my appeal. If I could give them a rating of negative I would!
