    This place must be a scam. They sent us a photo of our car with a bill of ***** claiming we had not paid parking. I found our bank receipt of the payment - proof of payment. They are now claiming we must have the original receipt!! What??? SCAM!!! This cannot be legal.

    This is the biggest scam Ive ever seen. This company should be shut down immediately. I received a $90.00 charge and a threat to have my car booted. I paid for the space through the Honk app which automatically loaded my cars license plate. However, i was driving my wifes car. The parking place had been paid. $90 is absurd for a miserable evening in downtown **********, **.

    Wife paid for a ticket that "didn't show up into their system" despite receiving proof of purchase in her e-mail. Literally a scam company attempting to price ***** parking in large metropolitan areas where space is already limited.

    I got a notice stating I had 15 days ti pay a discounted fee from notice date I got the invoice 11 days in the **** mail after notice date and was out of town. That is a scam. No postmark on envelope either. I should be refunded $40.

    I visited an apartment to tour it. I parked in the Future Tenant Parking Space and received a bill stating that I owed $85!! How in the world do you charge a ************* for failure to pay if they parked in ************* parking and were doing a tour at that time?

    They sent me a ticket in the mail with pic of my vehicle/tag with accusation of parking in a paid lot without payment. I have screenshots of my payment and attached the receipt from the local parking app approved by that lot. Time stamp and date and receipt of payment all visible.I sent in the dispute with copies of the evidence. Their response: "This email is to confirm your dispute for your parking charge XXX-XXX-XXX has been received and your charge has been put on hold. We will respond to your dispute within 30 days.Over 30 days later, no one has reached out to me and I'm still getting notices of "unpaid ticket".They're obviously spamming people in hopes of free money. This is leaning towards harassment at this point.

    Obviously this company is a scam. I parked in a handicap spot and paid for two hours. For one additional hour the price was $96.30 because they said it was my second notice although they admitted the original notice had been returned. The rude person said it would be lowered to $36 however upon logging in to pay as I wasnt going to collections over this the price was $63.84. I sent another email and the response was this is a discounted rate. I know ******* law is handicap friendly but this company was definitely not.

    Glorified extortionists. They stole $17 I paid for parking, and now are insisting I need to pay $90 to make them go away and that the receipt I have for the parking is for a different company, even though the receipt aligns with the day and location that is in dispute.
