    Not surprised to see the * rating. This company is out to get people and with no remorse their fees are out of control and the appeal option that they supposedly have is useless. I hope I never have to park in an area monitored by this company and that soon all the complaints strike up some type of investigation on the way they do business

    I went to the highland cafe for breakfast for about ***** min , came back out and had a ticket , I was confused though because upon entry there is literally NO SIGNAGE stating that it is private parking and Im typically very careful about where I park in ******* . Upon receding the ticket I also spoke to the parking lot ticket person and when asked where the sign was and if there is one , he admitted to me that there is a sign , BUT its not at the entrance I came in and even agreed that I should dispute it. .I also tried to call them and they literally didnt call back after I was on hold for ***** min , then I opted for a call back and still havent received a call back 2 days later. I honestly feel like theyre trying to scam you out of money. They also have a photo / video option on their appeal form but you literally cant submit any kind of size photo because its too large , when I literally had one photo take on my iPhone that was a file size of like 8. Something .

    I was out of town and wanted to get dinner. I parked at 5:50 pm at a place next to the restaurant and I tried to pay the parking fee. The machine was not working neither the app they put on the sign was working. They sent me a $90(!) bill for a period of fewer than 30 minutes! I tried to get help but their customer service representatives were yelling at me! No kidding! Also, she (called her name *******, but who knows it was true) said they have a right to yell at their customers! She also said that it could be $45 if I pay at that moment but I tried to dispute it and kindly asked if I can pay the original fee (don't know what it was). Their dispute team is also reckless. Later, I called them to pay $45, but another rep (she said her name was *****, but she taught her name for 3 seconds!) said that "******* put a note of don't reduce the bill!". I wanted to talk to ******* but ***** claims that "******* left the business". Then, I said "she made this personal and if she is no longer working with you, why don't you reduce my bill and move on?" she said, "I can't because ******* made a note". I wanted to talk to the manager but again according to her, the manager is not there. Simply, I believe this company is not professional and shame on every person I talked to. Less than a 30 min parking can't cost more than $90. (total is $95, $5 is the additional fee for internet payments).

    They are purposefully hard to reach. I was staying at my boyfriend's when the parking app decided to glitch when I wanted to renew. I was able to catch the guy giving me the ticket and explained to him the situation. He said he would take the ticket off no problem and to just register next time. I find out that they send a letter to me twice that I had a ticket and that it had increased to 90 DOLLARS. It built up because I wasn't expecting to get a ticket in the first place!! I called and was on hold for a while and finally got to the representative who had a horrible attitude and gave minimal answers and kept repeating herself to different questions I asked. She ends up just giving me the answer: email to file an appeal. This company thrives off of being unreachable and inconvenient to dispute tickets. It is crazy to believe that I am giving in and giving $90 (plus the amazing $4.99 online payment convenience fee) to such a shady company. This ticket is wayyyy too much for a parking lot that is literally FREE for guests of the complex. Shame on Professional Parking "Management!"

    The customer service is rude and nothing about this company is PROFESSIONAL. You can tell it's young girls running the customer service lines. My questions were never answered because I said "This is stupid" and the little girl hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and spoke with a ********** She accused me of calling her employee stupid, which I never did and the conversations are recorded. She told me "you deserve the energy I gave" and she "stands by her employee" who hung up on me when I had questions. The ticket did not have the correct plate and they went ahead and changed it in the system (me not knowing they would do it but they did). So now in their system it shows my plate # but I have the hand held ticket with a different plate #. I filed an appeal lets see what happens.

    I parked at a location numerous times and recently changed my tag . I logged in with my old tag because it was auto-filled already. I sent a picture of my car with the old tag, sweeping its clearly the same vehicle. Appeal was denied anyway .

    Paid for parking in a designated area at the stadium walk apartments. Received a citation 1.5 hours prior to parking expiring.
