They are taking money for **** processing for ****s that are not required. This is Fraud.

    Im writing due to a problem Im facing with my **** with poor customer service being provided by CIBT visas.Ive paid for the service to get an e-**** for ******* a few weeks back (to issue that, it takes 3 days accordingly to ********* official website but Im far above that).Everyone that is flying with me did directly in the system (one day after me) and they already have their ****S. Ive tried to get support by phone after waiting ***************************************************************************************** that this will be received only by Friday or Monday (everything was submitted accordingly to the timeline and I cant board to Asia this week without this confirmation as my flight back is from *******).The representative supposedly sent me an email with the registration number but I never got it. And she seems to be very busy trying to finish the call at every opportunity saying that the call was taking too long.NEED TO TALK TO A MORE SENIOR PERSON TO RECEIVE THE DESERVED SUPPORT! REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND REGRET THAT I DECIDED TO MOVE AHEAD WITH CIBT.

    They are recommended by legitimate and trusted booking sites and this is the ONLY reason people use the service. If you are a ****citizen, you do not need this. The company was recommended by *********** after booking a trip to *****. All other sources prior to this recommended waiting and getting the **** at the airport ***, but to prevent any unknowns we opted for someone else to handle this to avoid any hassle. Because the travel booking site recommended them, they must be good. The fees were outrageous at $170.00 plus additional charges for shipping, passport replacement insurance, and US Embassy Registration bringing the total to $305.00. The $170.00 "service fee" is for an expert to review all material and ensure everything is complete so there will be no issues. Note that the **** itself costs $25 at the airport or through e-**** application to the country's embassy directly.After filling out the forms and getting a notice that everything had been approved, it was time to print the packet, sign the application, and mail the passport to them. The $57 dollars to ***** overnight and $43 passport replacement coverage, we believed, to avoid headaches.Only after the passport arrived to them did this company call to say that they would be unable to provide the service, because it will take **** business days to reach the embassy, and the trip departure date is in one week. They can however offer the e-**** for the same price. They claim to never have heard of the *** option that apparently every traveler with good sense uses.Note these trip dates NEVER changed. The application and materials submitted electronically should have never been "reviewed and approved" if the dates were an issue. We could go to ***** consulate e-**** portal and obtain the correct document for $25.00, but these people DID NOT review forcing us to send the passport, so they offered to do the same thing for the grand total of $345.73, because we had to pay another $57.00 to ***** back.
