    Very upset with this service. I was charged an additional $197.00 for a $25.00 **** for *******. It was recommended through Celebrity Cruises. I am in the process of trying to cancel the order and get my money refunded. It doesn't disclose this ridiculous fee. It only mentions the $25. I declined all special services, so I wonder what they would have charged if I checked yes on those.

    They were recommended by Celebrity Cruise Lines as the most efficient and secure way to secure our ****s because Brazil was very particular and would re-charge the $80 fee for any re-submission they would require. So, we paid $255 each to **** Central. The process was not only circuitous, the company required countless RE-submissions of new photos, specific travel info including exact dates, flight information, hotel address, even though that was impractical because we were traveling by cruise line, AND new bank statements within the prior 30 days every time we had to resubmit. The photo requirement was ridiculous ... shoulders are showing, don't smile, can't see the ears, can't see the forehead ... the photos they finally accepted of us did not even look like us! A process that we were told would take 7 business days took two months of numerous emails and phone calls to keep vigilant to the process. Based upon our experience, a friend who would be traveling to ****** a couple of months after us decided to try going straight through the Brazilian Embassy. She applied online, was not required to submit anything other than the passport and an additional passport photo, paid $80+change, and received the **** within a week. She even called the Embassy to ask whether she needed anything else and whether she would be charged again if something was missing. The answer was no. * ****** was requiring US citizens to have ****s for travel effective April 10, 2024. As would have it, after the nerve-wracking process of getting the ****s, on April 10th, Brazil postponed the requirement until the fall; not **** Central's fault, but that just topped it all off.

    If I can give a 0 star to **** central I would, I applied the **** for ********* because ********** with NCL Jewel, I paid $154.83 for 2 persons, they said I should have my **** through my email by 12/28/2023, we needed by the 12/30/2023 to get off the ship to *********, but we never received it, ended up the ship has to changed again to get the **** for $80.00, now I knew why the cruise line referred you to **** central , they must got kickback from **** central, the ship charges you again in case you didnt get it on time. Bad service. Do not use **** Central, only get your money, but not get your ************.

    Unresponsive to questions about invoices. Charges just kept piling up with no explanation of what or why. Do not recommend this company.

    BEWARE, Norwegian Cruise Line uses them (****Central, *************************************) as their 3rd party to get ******* So for example I wanted to get a **** for my wife and I for a Cruise that ported in ************. 1st I logged in via the Norwegian Cruise Website link to The ****Central website. They get all your info, including your Credit Card, Passport info etc. They said $50 for a **** per person. I was not able to complete the application as they cut you off and send you an email confirmation with a bill for $310. Then you create a password to finish the application which requires you among many other things to agree to fingerprints and iris scan!!! I am not joking here..." Fingerprints and Iris scan". you are billed even if you do not complete the application. After a 35-minute wait on the phone, I got through to someone and canceled. 5-7 business days before being credited. I will see if any issues here. What a waste of time. Also, they have ALL my personal, passport, and credit card info. Makes me feel very insecure and unhappy that Norwegian would partner with such a company. Stock is going down and down. Pay attention Norwegian. DO NOT USE **** CENTRAL. Demand that Cruise Lines be upfront and accountable to their customers. Even with the ****************** plan, We will lose 10% of our money if we cancel our cruise, even with what going on in ****** (10/18/2023).
