My restaurant uses a POS system that NCR supports. We have had a recurring issue with an item printing incorrectly. I do not have a service agreement for support with NCR so everything is paid on an as needed basis. However on Monday May 23, 2022 a rep from NCR called me and asked how everything was working. I had a bad run of problems for a while so I assumed that is what prompted the call? I mentioned this issue and she simply said ok she would note the problem. Much to my surprise she calls back and asks if her "fix" resolved the issue? I looked and said no. As the week progressed she made more attempts until that Friday night she did something that made alterations to my POS that have things messed up bad and printing or not printing! Ultimately these "repairs" created red flags since I am not to receive service without payment of some sort. So an Implementation Analyst called me (*************************) to schedule payment. I explained about her (*****) performing the "service" without my authorization and how she made matters worse. Thru a combination of phone calls and emails ***** saw in my notes that I spoke the truth and that NCR needed to make this right since the errors were created by one of their staff without my authorization. Then he calls me and says that if I am willing to pay ****** service fee it will go a long way in getting the repair made. So on June 16, 2022 I made payment. And as of today, nearly 2.5 months nothing has been corrected and it has been a month since I made payment and ***** did mention that he would expedite as much as possible since this was their mistake and because it has been "broken" for so long. But now when I email ***** I dont even get a response. Last Week July 13, 2022 I emailed and asked for a refund on my service charge since repairs have not been made, not even in a timely manner as I was lead to believe. Repair and fund would be nice at this point!************************* ************ *********************
