      An air conditioner outside our master bedroom is causing a severely loud inside our bedroom every **** minutes and for a 3-8 second duration, even throughout the night. The loud noise can be heard throughout the home. The only permanent solution the company is providing is for us to move at our own expense, rather than repair or replace the faulty equipment. A technician came to my home and stated to me that the unit needed to be replaced but that could only be done if the apartment complex agreed to do so. After speaking with the apartment office the a/c technician advised that nothing would be done. I have video available to document the loud noise.

      I had a lease with the company, I paid a unit transfer fee to move to a separate unit. The unit was not available on the date that it was supposed to be available, I ended my lease and moved out. I knew I had to pay a month rent due to leaving early. I was charged twice for insurance on 2 occasions, I already had insurance. I sent them prove and they said they will credit the money. So about $178 is what they owed me. I received the bill for early move out and the amount that was due to me was not susbtracted from the total due. I asked the leasing office about it, they told me to contact central biking, when I contacted central billing. They said theyll need to contact leasing to see if I did pay the money. Keep in mind all fees paid to the company is on a ledger, I have a copy and so does central billing. They informed me that just because its on the ledger doesnt confirm that I paid it. So I have been going back and forth with them for months. The last email I received from them said that they received my email and that theyll get back from me. Next thing I know ** being contacted by a collection company, no mentioned if the $178 that is due to me.

      Last week the maintenance manager ***** for Carroll management of **************** ************************************* the most distasteful Disrespectful and degrading. manner. His exact words were he called me a HOE!!When I confronted him about it, he continued to instigate and be disrespectful to me rather than handling himself in an appropriate manner when talking to one of their tenants, which MEANS im 1 of their customers. I'm not completely innocent. I got just ignorant as he did. But the point of the matter is he came banging on my door to tell me to turn my music down. That customers have been complaining. I have literally had no notices. No email. No idea of any comaints and I have no neighbors either. Nobody downstairs from me. Nobody across from me who I'm on the third floor in the corner of the building so how is someone complaining that im playing my radio too loud i only crank my music probably once or twice a month. Now Keeping that in consideration. this building has people blasting their music every single day. I have videos to prove it. There's drive by shootings and people getting murdered in their apartments Helicopters flying overhead every single night. Gunshots, all the time you live there. You can expect to hear gunshots.. And I'm being evicted for confronting a staff member for disrespecting me. And I'm paying all this money to live here. Just to be disrespected by one of staff. After always being as courteous and helpful and polite to them I literally and quite often help them their cars for free. They call me for help i come running And I don't make any noise at all And they turn around and file an eviction on me for this confrontation. Without bothering to hear my side of rhe story I don't try to sugarcoat anything and I have nothing to hide. I know my actions were wrong, but his actions provoked my actions. That's completely unprofessional and not becoming of a manager.

      My complaint is that I have serveral concerns that are being ignored by the two property managers these are concerns to keeping my autistic daughter and myself save in and outside out home. The foundation in my apartment is cracking it floods in may apartment they dont attempt to help with the water come check for mold. The latest is that they cut the safety lights we had my daughter and were walking along the side walk couldnt see rocks left on the side walk my daughter fail I jumped to catch her from hitting her head and injured myself pretty bad I had to go to the emergency room and I need additional care. Ive called and emailed for the insurance information for this property no response per usual.

      I received a denial to rent an apartment and have not received my $200 administrative fee returned to me. I was originally denied on Sept 13th 2023 and have been emailing the office since then trying to get my admin fee back via check. I was told in Oct that it was sent to the leasing office, but it has not been received. I was told Nov 10th that the check was being reissued and have emailed twice (Nov 16th and Nov 20th) requesting an update and have not received a response. It should have been received by the leasing office by now as the check should be coming from ******* and was supposedly approved to be reissued on Nov 8th.

      This has not been resolved. I believe it was Unit ****************************************************************************. I asked ****** for an update on Nov 20th and received one on Nov 27th that he had spoken to the property manager and she said a check would be cut the week of 11/27/2023. I asked on Nov 28th for how long it would take to get the check and received no response. I emailed again on Dec 4th and received a response that the check was cut. I emailed on Dec 8th for an update and on Dec 15th and received a response on the Dec 18th that the check was cut on 11/20/23 and I have still not received it.

      Advertised as having in unit washer and dryer. They do not work. Its been 45 days and no repair. 5 work orders submitted and they close without repair. This has to break some sort of ** tenant laws. I feel like a reasonable amount of time has passed. The washer and dryer is old anyways and should prob be replaced. This factored into my decision to move here and the amount I was willing to pay per month. Ive been scammed.

      August 15th 2023 I noticed several flies in my unit. I went to ****** as I thought something simple, and purchased vinegar to catch the flies. Two to three weeks later I realized this was a larger problem and that vinegar wouldn't help, so I filed a pest control request with my complex on September 9th. Pest control came and they sprayed ***** repellent (which does not kill phorid flies) and he told me to buy lysol - which I did. The flies kept coming like a plague! I had to remove all the food from my cabinets, fridge (as they were making their way into the fridge), and counters. On September 28th, I filed another request because the issue kept getting worse. There were hundreds in my bathroom and kitchen. Maintenance came and told me there was an infestation downstairs which was causing my issue and he gave me two bug zappers. Bug zappers do not get rid of the underlying issue. They only kill some of the adults. October 3rd I called resident services to help me and she did nothing. She told me she would call me back and never did. Here I am October 21st contacting you as these flies are still an issue. Please review their ****** page and you will see another report. This community does absolutely NOTHING to help actual issues - an infestation. I have spent hundreds of dollars on drain treatment, plant treatment, clorox, vinegar and traps - while the apartment staff has yet to acknowledge the strain this has been on me. I cannot have guests for the embarrassment. My dog is constantly bothered by the flies. I cannot cook or live my life as I normally would. They are in violation of their agreement and their lack of concern and care is horrifying.

      Moving out and they put water fees and renters insurance which was paid in rent and renters insurance was never canceled until we moved out. I want the 250 dollars removed.

      I have been putting in pest control reports since March for roaches. It is now October and I have been living in a house of roaches. I also have a had huge rectangle shaped hole behind my refrigerator since April. They refused to come fix. I have put in many requests for both to be fixed. 7

      This group has been illegally charging residents for services that are not being provided. We are charged a valet trash fee of $25 every month but there is no service to be found. The company also has not addressed any resident complaints ever since that took took over the Arium Lenox park property. The elevator in the building has not worked for over a year leaving elderly and disabled residents to walk up four flights of stairs. This may be in violation of the **** The business NEEDS to be investigated. All maintenance staff has quit and service has been non-existent for months.
