      On 11/01/2024 i have a Guy who stated that work from ***** knocking at my door so hard and aggressive saying that he is at my house to pick a fridge that I bought from them I said that I dont going to be able to make the payment until de 5th I was only late for 2 weeks I been buying several stuff from them over the time my payment is monthly around ****** I call the store and they have a new management which I talk to a girl that she is very unprofessional and have the nerve to said that she dont want me as a customer she Clearly said to me that she prefer to have the fridge back even that I only have 7 payment left out of 24 I repeated said to her that on ******* we have some extra expenses this month due to the preparation for the hurricane and she said she dont care this fridge cost me around ******* and I only have left ***** they are so abusing i regret that I dont call the police but for the time I will I have cameras outside I ended overdraft my account because they dont want to wait

      They sold me a broken couch and have not made it right. They haven't fixed the price. I'm not paying them until they make it right. I called as soon as I bought the couch and told them it was broken they said they would adjust the price. They haven't and they changed me 15 extra dollars for 1 day late.       On November 2023, i signed a leasing agreement with Aarons for a Sofa set. They delivered the sofa set a couple days later and when they did the set came broken with a whole in the back. They negotiated the price with me and agreed that i would pay 2000 total for the sofa. Once i was coming up on the payment i called and asked why it showed i owed 4000 for the sofa. They responded that the agreement was only if i paid the 2000 within 3 months. This was not explained to me at the time of the purchase. I feel they are tricking their customers. In between this time i had also ordered washer and dryer machine and when it was delivered it came with roaches. They made me wait almost two weeks to pick it up and my home is filled with roaches because of them. They brought me a replacement washer and dryer that also came broken. They should be inspected for health and investigated for negligence.

      On 10/29/24 the Aarons ***********, Ca store General Manager **** told me in order for me to receive my order of appliances, I have to sign up for autopay billing and told me I would not receive my order unless it is done although my lease didn't require it. I told her I had just spoken to their sales *** and she did not mention that I had to sign up for autopay to complete my delivery order. I asked her to send me documents showing that this is required and she kept referring to my confirmation email stating the what she was saying is there although when I looked it did not state what she was saying. She also never sent an email justifying her claim. I reluctantly gave her my card info because she told me if I did not signup for it my order would be canceled. After speaking to the corporate office, they confirmed that the company does not require autopay to finalize purchase orders and what she did was against company policy. I then spoke to the Regional Manager hoping he would help and he told me that he has known **** for a long time and what I'm claiming doesnt sound accurate to her. He then proceeded to let me know all he can offer is an apology but is not going to do anything more than talk to her, while belittling and down playing my complaint. Based on this conversation I decided to cancel the delivery because they are operating on bad business practices forcing people to do something that is not company policy and knowingly lying on a recorded line to get what they wanted. It is obvious this is not the first time she or even the Regional Manager has done this so Im sure this unethical business practice has become a store culture. I am looking for some type of compensation or a reasonable solution to this problem other than just an apology.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  We regret any confusion or misunderstanding about enrolling in our EZPay program.  As our corporate office and Regional Manager confirmed, enrolling in EZPay is not required to enter into a lease with Aarons.  The statements of the General Manager you spoke with were incorrect.  The General Manager has been instructed how to properly explain our EZPay program.  Thank you for your interest in Aarons and we hope youll reconsider becoming an Aarons customer in the future.

      Dealing with Aarons has been such a headache to say the least. I rented furniture from them and within months, the middle seams are coming apart by the top cushions. I called them and let them know I no longer am willing to pay for items that are poorly made and I needed them to come get them. On 3 separate occasions, I was told a manager would reach out to schedule a pick up date and no one ever reached out. I then moved to ****** and had to reach out to corporate and they told me they would scheduled a pick up with the Lakewood location...Another 2 months passed and I didn't hear anything. 3 weeks ago, I reached out to the Lakewood and let them know the issue and the manager said she spoke to ******* location and she would scheduled a pick up for Wednesday of last week. She then called me on Tuesday and said one of their trucks broke down so they can't come pick up the furniture until this week on Tuesday. Surprise surprise, they didn't show up. I called Lakewood today and another manager said they aren't able to pick up my items because I'm not in the system so there was NEVER EVEN A PICK UP scheduled!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never refer someone to them. I eventually had to stop paying a month ago and I'm still getting calls daily from Greeley for payment but NO CALLS TO PICK UP! Their lack on communication and customer service skills is beyond unacceptable and at this point, will throw this trash furniture away and I dare them to try to collect any further payments after I have been told time and time again that they will pick it up!       I purchased a dishwasher and paid for it in full at the beginning of 2024. Shortly after the dishwasher stopped working. I contacted Aarons to advise of the issue and they took my dishwasher to service. It is now October and I still do not have my dishwasher. The representative informed me that they have ordered a new dishwasher as a replacement, however it is cheaper than the one I originally purchased. I refuse to pay for a replacement that is cheaper than what I paid for. I would be willing to accept the cheaper item with assurance that my account will be credited for the remaining amount. However, the company is not willing to give me the appropriate numbers or calculation. I would like it also known that the regional manager, ****, downplayed my concerns and treated my issue as if it is less than concerning. I have no issue with going to court, should the company wish to pursue that option instead of rectifying the mistake.

      I find it interesting that I make a formal complaint and all of the sudden my dishwasher is located and delivered back to me. To date, I have received no compensation as promised by ****** to satisfy the 7 months of inconvenience. I am left with a table and chairs that are falling apart and refuse to pay for trash that was supposed to be  brand new. ****** said he would get furniture repair to take a look and the unit but refuses to aid. The company is not standing by their products and the regional manager refuses to contact me by phone as promised. A man named **** represented as a manager and was very rude to me on the phone. This experience has turned me away from this company and I refuse to ever to business with them again.

      After seven months of being harassed, being held hostage over a faulty dishwasher unit, and this company treating the situation with extortion, they have made zero attempt to repair the table that they have sold to me and do not stand by their products. I refuse to be harassed for payment for items that are falling apart. I have requested, on multiple occasions, that the regional manager contact me and he refused. Instead he has a manager named **** call me, who is completely rude and lacks customer service and understanding for what this company has put me through. For the emotional distress alone, this company refuses to acknowledge the damage caused by their ineptitude and unwillingness to provide good service to customers who paid thousands to their company. It is completely unethical what has transpired. And refuse to ever conduct business with this company again.

      I rented a stove and refrigerator from this Aaron's location. I then lost my job and was having some trouble keeping up with the payments. I was staying in touch with them and letting them know what I could and could not do, but the store manager, Ajan, who had always been kind to me previously, decided to become demanding, unhelpful, and even threatening to me. When I would call to update him, he started demanding more specific times and plans, he repeatedly told me in a very rude way that my plans were not good enough. then, when I was unable to provide quicker solutions, he started threatening in as rude a manner to abruptly end my contract. At this point, I stopped answering his questions and calls, so he showed up at my door one day, asked me for a timeframe again, and when I told him what I would be able to do, he said that was not good enough and demanded to be let into my house right then to take the items. I asked him what I was supposed to do with all the food for my grandchildren who live here, he stated he would take it out. I asked what I was going to do with it then, and he stated he didn't care. At that point, I told him to go away and I shut the door. I then got online and sent the corporate office a complaint about Ajan and the way he was treating me. The confirmation said I was going to get a call from someone about my complaint, so I answered the next call I got, but it was him again, being ***** than ever. So I quit answering ANY call that said Aaron's, and I already don't answer suspicious calls that have no information. This morning, another man showed up at my door. I didn't get his name, but it was not Ajan, and he indicated he was just a driver. However, he was just as threatening, if not more, than Ajan had been. He stated, "This will be taken care of by Tuesday, or we WIlLL be back and we WILL come in and take the stuff." So I called corporate again and spoke to a female named ***.       Aarons is trying to charge my Grandma ***** ****** for a JbL speaker she never received. We received an ****** speaker that was damaged. (Scratched, and power button was missing) We called the store immediately after delivery to advise them that this was not the item that she ordered. The regional manager ***** told her that the speaker was on back order and would be delivered to her when it became available. Several weeks went by and nothing. We made several calls to the store regarding that issue and no one responded. Since the speaker was broken and we had no response from Aarons. We decided to return the broken speaker and cancel the *** speaker. The ****** speaker that was broken and was picked up by an AArons employee in the Aarons truck on 6/25/2024. I called the store after the pick up to advise them that the item had been picked up and to make sure the *** was canceled. ***** advised us that the account would be closed. We got a letter on October 15th claiming that she was passed due on her account. Now they are claiming she got the *** speaker on 7/16/24. We cancelled the other speaker in June. We never Received any other merchandise from Aarons or signed. So, I took my grandma to the store the same day to try and resolve the issue and behold the speaker we returned was sitting in the front door. Then when we told the counter worker that this was the original speaker we received and returned they told us that what they have in the system is the only thing they have available. I have pictures showing the speaker we received from Fathers Day weekend. It is an ****** speaker not a ***. And when I tried to show them the photos, they started to argue with us and claimed that whatever they had in the system was the ***. Then I called the regional office and the Collections office and filed complaints to them. I was also told that in September someone tried to take out a bed in my grandmothers name. But it was canceled due to nonpayment. Its identity Theft

      Hello! My name is ****** **** I want to start of by saying me and my wife have been customers of ********************** since ******* have paid off multiple pieces of furniture and use this company because its easy and they delivery it and set everything up for you.We recently moved to ******************* Fl and the ********* Fl location was assigned to us. ********************************************************* Location. We placed our order October 3rd..it is currently going into Oct 18th and we have constantly been canceled on, I take off work to accommodate their delivery schedule only to be called end of the day that they arent coming,I understand the hurricane has set everyone back but I have been canceled on 3 times before then with no remorse or regard and the only excuse is they dont have a driver that would have been nice to know in the early morning hours so I didnt have to miss an entire day of work awaiting delivery. We have been waiting on this furniture for 3 weeks, I have never experienced this with any other location. Ever. I am highly disappointed as we were patiently waiting for this furniture and have had to miss multiple work days expecting a delivery that isnt coming. I think its a total lack of caring for their customer to call last minute and cancel so late in the day and I find it extremely unprofessional with no regard for my time. I would like to hear back from your company in regards to this matter because weve been using Aarons for a long time and have been loyal customers. I hope to find some kind of resolution to this matter as we dont want to end our relationship with Aarons over one bad location who doesnt seem to care about the companys reputation.
