      Used ***************************** for a few jobs. The initial convos and service were great. However issues began to arise with the quality of the services provided. Spoke with **** and was promised that they would be out on 2 separate occasions to fix the issues only for them to not show up and stop responding to my messages.

      I deeply regret the miscommunication that occurred. It was beneficial that we had the opportunity to address the issue and I could explain in detail why the communication went awry. Due to the 4th of July holiday week and the high demand for emergency services, it was extremely challenging for us to promptly send a technician. I was personally unavailable in ********** for the week, which further complicated the situation. Additionally, when we conducted emergency repairs during the rainy weather, we cautioned that the roof, due to improper installation, would continue to experience issues from enduring ***** mph winds for extended periods. To ensure lasting results and provide a 10-year workmanship warranty, it was necessary to properly install the roof. We are pleased that we were able to present a cost-effective proposal for a competitive and thorough installation. Despite the miscommunication, we are grateful for reaching an understanding and being on the same page. Thank you ...
