I requested to make a withdrawal fund from my trading account (Thinkor Swing Markets) to a US bank account (******************************) and received an email stating "account # is processing and 15% incomplete due to escrow network charges. Your are charged 10% of your total withdrawal for this transaction. Ensure to clear this charge hence your withdrawal will remain pending on the escrow network. Deposit to your trade account to ensure this is done correctly to clear the charge fee".I have no problem paying a withdrawal fee if it was transparent prior to making the transaction (withdrawal funds) on the trading platform. It was not shown upfront. There was no notification or invoice template with charge mentioned showing balance amount due before submitting the withdrawal funds request. When I explained the situation to the ********************************* they refused to fix the injustice done due to lack of transparency on their part by returning the money to the rightful account or proceeding with the transfer to bank account. They requested that I be penalized for the lack of transparency and insisted that the funds can not be returned. Add insult to injury, they refused to proceed with transferring funds to my US bank account. Just to be clear, how am I supposed to know that there is a 10% withdrawal fee when it was never mentioned in any form before submitting button for withdrawal funds. On what basis am I being charged to withdraw funds for hard earned money trading when I paid a deposit to make the trades. Is this customary practice in US business to charge a withdrawal fees equaling 10% of withdrawal amount. If so, why was business entity (Thinkor Swing Markets) disclosing this information.
