    I visited the provider in ************** after the birth of my daughter and had a horrible experience. Not only did the provider I saw shame me for my age ("you're the youngest I've seen in a while! only 30? what could you be here for?"), but she provided an incorrect diagnosis.But the reason I'm writing is because I left a review on ****** sharing my experience, and the provider replied with specific health information which is in violation of HIPAA.I called and asked that the response be taken down, and they said they would only remove their reply if I removed my initial review. My review was fair and honest; they are entitled to a reply, but they are NOT entitled to include my specific health and case notes on their response. That is gross misconduct as a healthcare provider.

    We responded to the patient's review to clarify that she was mistaken in her accounting of our assessment and recommendations. We didn't discuss or provide case notes.  We didn't disclose any HIPAA protected information.  We were grossly mischaracterized by this patient and only tried to point that out.  We did revise our response as she requested, and she continued to berate us online.  She unfortunately misunderstood our recommendations for her and continues to misunderstand us now.
