    There is this woman by the name of ******* ***** aka smiles by Sharese , she is illegally doing veneers and dental work in the state of ******* , and ************! I found her on the internet thinking she was legit come to find out she is a scammer and I have been having problems with my teeth ever since my appointment! Ive reached out to her several times about my refund and my teeth! She claims that nobody can do anything about her scamming In ******* or illegally doing dental work in ******* ! I have called the ************** to open up an investigation! This has been a living nightmare , all my teeth are cracked and very sensitive due to her not knowing what she is doing and Im not stopping until I know she is prosecuted! There are many others that have reached out to me on social that wants to join my case !

    I booked Confident smiles by Sharese on 4/24/24 to have composite veneers done for $500 (Paid in full) under the impression she had license When I got there she started my procedure no forms or consent signed she told me that she ran out & her suction doesn't work had to swallow my spit/use a cup, after she was done I looked in the mirror very disappointed the teeth were, big, wide, thick, bulky & a lil discolored I allowed her to shave & attempt to fix them for about 45 minutes but nothing really changed & I let her know I was disappointed & wanted them removed she stated she was booked up until 3:00 the following day & asked me to sleep on it or come back @ 3:00 on 4/25/24 I let her know that will cause me to miss a unapproved day of work & cost more money to book another room but I agreed, shortly after leaving she sends a txt stating she feels bad because she can't refund me due to her policy & offered to redo the top AGAIN for the 2nd time or give me free braces but stated they might not hold I refused, the next day 4/25/24 I got there @ 2:50 for my 3:00 appointment & wasn't seen until 4:05-4:10 she had another woman in the chair who had the same complaints when she saw her work but she just paid & left another guy walks in during my time whose wire had popped on his braces so she took 5-10 minutes to cut his wires before assisting me, I go back only to find out she doesn't have the proper tools/medicine to remove the veneers she started to use the ************ tool that looked like pliers while hitting my lips/gums several times causing it to bleed & hurt she was also very rough & pulling on my teeth for about 45 mins pain was unbearable she stopped & said sorry this has never happened please see your dentist to have them remove the rest I asked for a refund she stated again about the no refund policy but offered $125 back & gave me a previous clients consent form telling me to white out their name/date & replace with mine! I told her no that's very illegal
