  They are fine if you don't care if the trim around the windows is uniform and a piece of wood is added to the windowsill so it is not flat. There is not attention to detail in the install.
  I am leaving one star because they did install the windows. Unfortunately, the customer service leading up to window installation was poor. Once I had paid a down payment for windows, they took forever to respond to any questions I had and told me the windows would be here soon. I was told it would be 4 weeks and it did end up being 5, but until the 5th week they continued to put me in a loop of "It needs to get to production", "let me call production and have them call you back". They don't call back until the 5th call. I had a boarded up window from the hurricane and just wanted to understand timing. They did eventually install the windows. My mom was home during the install because I had to be at work. I reached out to them to fix some issues I had with the installation and have never received a call back from them. I have received one email response that it was "sent to production" and no response. The fixes would be minor, but they don't care if the job was done well or if the customer is happy. It is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone to get resolution.

  In 2 & a half days, Southern stripped all the old siding off our 1,800 Sq foot one story home built in 1999 and replaced new vinyl & shutters. The new Vinyl has sheets of insulation which is attached to the house which will decrease our heating and cooling costs as nothing was behind the old stuff except green plastic. We are very satisfied.

  He made sure the work was completed properly.He was personable and insured that the crew did a good job.I am not a fan of these reviews.I really do not have the time.Also,you should know that I am a long time customer of this company(20+years) and very satisfied .

  Chris did a great job and cleaned up when he was done, it took longer to get the job done but southern siding overall is a 8 in my book

  My appointment was at 1 pm today, but the representative had time to come by to see my home earlier. He called to set up an earlier time and was promptly on time. Mr. J****** took his time and did a good evaluation of my property. Afterqards, he explained everything to me in layman's terms. Thank you for your time and effort.
