    Still waiting after 5 months for warranty on windows. Gaps. In upstairs window measured over 1 inch crew filled it in with silicone, have refilled twice, gap in front picture window crew covered with plastic mouldings left stair step looking window seal . Was charged over 10,000.00 for
    Poor workmanship, could continue with cons, but it would not accomplish anything. Don't use this company.

    We signed a contract 9/2/22 for a Kohler shower make over. We were told lead times were extended to 8 to 12 weeks.
    We are now at 12/18/22 … 15+ weeks and still no installation appointment!
    No alert of these further delays - I had to call to find out the status.
    Very disappointed in their performance to date.

    I bought my home last July and we discovered some of my gutters were failing. Heavy rain causes the water to cascade over the gutters and it hits my window sills below. After much research, we found out that these were K-Guard gutters and the only installer/repair company was Southern Industries. They came out and never got back to us about repairs or replacements. Told us it was damage due to the roofers the previous owners used. I have no idea if that's what caused the problem but I was okay with buying the 50 foot minimum in new gutters they require to have them replaced, but still can't get a response. I don't need complete gutter replacements, just the portions that have failed or been damaged. These were supposed to be a lifetime warranty product.
