    Fastest towing service i've ever had. ****, the driver was kind, personable and explained everything that was happening. I was amazed at how low the cost was.

    TERRIBLE service!! It's all about $$$! Ridiculous pricing..Husband total car on Saturday. Sunday went to ****** to pay out storage fee of $245. Told them that AAA was on the way to tow my car to my driveway. There were cars blocking my vehicle so I asked that they be moved because AAA were on the way to pick the car up. Mind you, I gave ample enough time for the cars to be moved!!!! AAA arrives 45 minutes later, and the cars were still blocking my car. The black ***************** to tell us that we have the wrong type of truck to get the vehicle INSTEAD of him making an effort to move the f***cking cars blocking mine. Then you jets off saying he just got a call....Then I make a call bc no one was in office and when I reached the gentleman I paidthe moneyto, he tells me he has no control over the police calls for tow services!!! Are you serious??? Then he said that AAA would just have to wait. After he sat for a good 20 minutes doing nothing! They even knew earlier that I would be back with a wrecker so why not have moved the cars the very FIRST TIME!!!! CRAPPY, CRAPPY, CRAPPY!!!

    Don't expect these scumbags to show up. Liars who do not conduct good and honest business. Stay away from this company. They will ditch you if that morning another job with a higher sticker shows up. They will ditch you and lie about it. I'm 42 years old and wanted to tow my old spare car to a very local carshop near my home. I called them and booked an appointment confirmed with time, day, price days before and on the day of the appointment they simply ditched me and said the driver called me and I did not answer and he was very busy, go find another. I have never been treated this way by a business before. Horrible business this people should not be in business. No one told me that if I didn't answer the phone that morning from a random number with no name, no one left a voicemail that the whole appointment would be cancelled. How is something confirmed days before with specific day, time and price gets cancelled by a random call with no identification? I don't have to answer my phone, it could have been the other multitude of sales calls we all get daily. No voicemail saying, hi this is **** from the towing company I'm on my way etc. It was obvious that they did not want to do the job and had another with a higher price in mind for that morning. Scumbags with no honor and integrity would do that. When I confronted the rude liar at the office on the phone, he says we are very busy go find another. STAY AWAY! 1 star is too much for this people.
