Company charged and received remittance on an order placed on May 27 2025. Company has been contacted two weeks ago indicating they are short on stock. However, the item is in stock and I have checked numerous times. I believe they are refusing to ship because it was a promotion they refuse to honor “free ship”. I’m a loyal customer and this is not ok. I do not want a refund I want the items I ordered for the price I paid. I have contacted the company and they will not resolve. It’s not a surprise they are not a BBB member. That checks with the service they provide.Business Response

We have called and left massages on all 4 voice mails, sent emails, nothing back. We would just

June 2nd I bout a 32 round magazine from taurus for a total of 44.49 and I received an invoice with no tracking number so I tried emailing taurus about it and they never responded and heaven forbid you call them, I have no other options on getting what I payed for. No option on the website for refunds, I just want waht I payed for, looking at the reviews they have a habbit of not delivering bought merchandise and I'm scared I got scammed like I said no tracking number or communicationBusiness Response

In November 2024 I reached out to Taurus to see if they could repair a pistol. They said they could, created an order, (******) and to send them the pistol. I did so. They emailed back when they received it, and told me that the part the pistol needed was no longer available, so they said they would credit towards a replacement. I selected the pistol I would like as a replacement, provided my credit card number for the cost, and then stopped getting any updates via email about 7 months ago. Order # ******.
Dozens of times I have tried to reach taurus USA via their customer service numbers online. Nobody answers. If you 'request a callback' the system will prompt that it isnt available, or if it is, you will not get a callback. As of right now I am in queue in their customer service system for over 3 hours. I have responded to their emails requesting an update with no response. I have tried to reach them on Facebook with no response. Dozens of times I have tried to call.
All I want is my pistol back, or a replacement pistol that I was promised.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Why wasnt I told this months ago? Why cant anyone be reached via customer service numbers, callback options, or via email? If your customer service line disconnects a call after 4 hours of waiting on hold, is it actually even functional? This wasnt a rare occurrance. It has happened multiple times over the last 6 months. Not once has anyone ever answered the customer service line in the past 6 months..no matter the wait.I did receive a call from Taurus yesterday, and an explanation, and did receive an email as well. Hopefully something happens.

Taurus made me upload several documents and resend them and generate invoices and several extra steps not listed in the terms and agreements before accepting my reimbursement request. They however have now completely stopped correspondence with me and have never shipped me my item. They just marked it as fulfilled. I did let them know I would reach out to the BBB if I was not given a time frame or estimate response. There was simply no response at all and that was over a week ago. Purchased *** revolver on 12-23-24 from ******'s ****** in *********, **. Once home I discovered it had a defect and might be unsafe, I was advised to return it to ******'s and it would be sent to Taurus for repair; Taurus received it on 1-8-25. It is now 5-21-25 and I have contacted Taurus customer service several times in the months since Taurus received it but no eta or any kind of explanation were provided. Over a month ago I was told it was awaiting shipment and I would receive an email when it went out but have received nothing. Last week I called again and was told it was shipped to the wrong store and was being returned to be reshipped but still no word. It has now been 4 1/2 months, and Taurus has not made this right or even made any attempt to contact me and explain what is going on.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The revolver was shipped to the correct store finally and I picked it up today. It is worse than when I returned it to them 5 months ago. The gap between the barrel and cylinder is huge (.02”, and the end shake is .017”). They said they test fired it and that is apparent because they didn’t bother to clean it.
