      The worst customer support ever!! Placed an order 4/12/25 for some magazines they had in stock and my credit card was charged the same day. It is now 4/28/25 and all it says for my order is "created." I have called over 6x and told the wait time was 130 minutes plus. I have sent over 18 emails with 1 response asking me to verify my shipping address. Looks like Taurus really doesn't care about customers. Apparently I will have to file a FRAUD claim to get my money back. BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 50 YEARS ON THIS EARTH.

      So I last received a response on my firearm situation on this website back on 29 Jan 25. Apparently my firearm (verified by serial # from Taurus) is under warranty for repair...great. Why haven't I received an RMA so I can get it sent back for repair? I need the Return Material Authorization and a shipping label to send it back for multiple repairs. Why have I received nothing going on three months now? You have my work order (I submitted a fresh new one with more detail just to remind you I'm still here waiting) ...Bueller...Bueller...Bueller

      I ordered Apr 3rd and havent received it yet, i emailed with no response, i called and the lady said there is an error on their end and said she was going to have the order pushed thru manually. (Whatever that means) I received an email today stating to click on the link to complete my order so i did and goes to the website so i logged in and the order is still in the same status. (Created) I dont understand why this order is incomplete if they charged my credit card. So now i feel like im just getting the run around and just want to cancel my order. For being a first time purchase its very disappointing how incompetent this company is.

      DO NOT EVER BUY A TAURUS FIREARM!!!!!
      Guns are good HOWEVER, If you ever need to call them for ANYTHING,,, You can 100% expect to wait over 2-3 HOURS for someone to answer the phone. I called 4x and I was literally on hold for the following: 2:43, 2:30, 2:25 and as of now, this time, I've been waiting 3:10 and still waiting. AS OF NOW,,, Im typing as I sit here on hold. Luckily Im working from home so I can just work while I wait but the average 9-5 Joe,,, DONT BUY A TAURUS. Sooooo Irritating.
      Call Taurus and just try it and see. You will be disgusted within 30 min.
      I've also requested a CALL BACK like the machine says over and over and over and over again literally every 20 seconds and they never call back.
      Discussing terrible service.
      PS: Im a firearms dealer AND WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE TO BUY A TAURUS AGAIN.
      This company is a joke.

      If I could give them negative stars! Ordered a front sight on Feb 16th, after not receiving any invoice, I reached out a week later to confirm my money was received and product was ordered. Feb 24th saying it was hung in the system but has been fixed.
      Between Feb 24 - March 26, there was silence. I emailed & called numerous times, messaged them about my order and cancelling it until March 26th it finally shipped. April first I emailed to start my return process only to get an email 13 days later saying refunds have to be completed within 30 days of original purchase!
      So let me get this straight, we order, you guys take weeks to respond, go dark for a few more weeks, send the order about a month after it’s been placed, because it’s then passed the window of return, then we’re stuck?! Fortunately it was only a $20 purchase but I brought a new sight from ******, and sold the gun before my item ever arrived smh.

      Ok, so I love my gun, however, service and communication is absolute junk. 5 months to replace a pin in a revolver, 5 months of no updates, 22 hour waits on their phones. Then when you do get a person on the phone, they have no answers for you, I will absolutely never buy anything else Taurus.

      Purchased two guns which came with online rebates. First one shipped within 2 weeks. The second I have yet to receive and it's been about 6 weeks. Emailed multiple times even started an inquiry on their site, of which I've received zero responses and it's been weeks. Disappointed on how bad things have gone. You see they have inventory on amazon yet for some reason half the merchandise on their online store is on back order. Very odd to say the least.

      my Taurus **** compact slide broke the back part that covers the striker blew off
      I called Taurus on several numbers multiple times, but apparently they are changing their system and/or moving and the weight to speak to a person was our long
      Therefore, I mailed them the slide after waiting two days for an email response and receive none
      Taurus has been difficult to work with and their **** may review great on ******* but if you actually take it out to the range on a weekly basis, you will find out quickly. It is no *****!

      I had a terrible experience with Taurus firearms customer service. Wait time was 190 minutes. Purchased a **** and needed assistance with a simple part. Customer service was unable to assist with the matter. Instead, customer service wanted to provide an item number to purchase a brand new magazine on their website. First pistol purchased from Taurus and most likely last.
