I’ve been calling for the last two weeks every dayyy and have been waiting 4+ hours on the phone in hopes of reaching someone regarding firearm that’s been sent in for repair. No one answers the phone or calls back! No communication whatsoever. Support online also has no luck. Worst company i’ve EVER dealt with.Taurus USA

First, we would like to extend a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you and the delay in our response and repair and shipping times. We recently transitioned to a new ERP system and have experienced some unforeseen issues. Your firearm has been received and has been logged into our system and is currently in line to repaired. We are currently backlogged, so the repair timeframe has been extended past the original 4 weeks. We do not provide refunds on firearms because they are not and cannot be purchased directly from us. We provide warranty repair or replacement services depending on the outcome of the evaluation for the firearm.Review fromDavd L

I would like to identify a company not to do business with. I noticed that Taurus USA is not BBB Accredited business and I can see why. I purchased a handgun from this company last week at a local dealership. Immediately, I had issues with the firearm not feeding the ammunition properly. I contacted them, or should I say, I attempted to contact them on several occasions only to be put on hold. I did get a callback a day later and was told they would be sending me shipping instructions so as to adhere to their warranty policy. NOTHING. No call, no email, crickets. This is a huge lesson learned. Don’t count on Taurus USA to uphold their warranty policy. There is validity to the statement, “You get what you paid for”. Please make this available for anyone considering buying a product from Taurus USA. I can summarize their customer service and product with one word. JUNKTaurus USA

Terrible company, placed an order on February 1st, 2025 Order Number #********** and never received a tracking number, or any shipping information. My order was supposedly “hung up” and forgot about as that’s what the lady on the phone said when I requested a refund last week on 2/24/25. As of today 3/5/24 I receive a response stating they were processing my order and I would get an email about shipping later on. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I REQUESTED A REFUND. I already purchased the item elsewhere and no longer need this anyway!!! Seriously get your guys’ stuff together.Taurus USA

Horrible customer service! **** **** * ***** ****** ******* *** ** ***** ***** ********* ****** **** ******** I was able to get a repair order and sent the revolver back to them for repair or replacement. Several months later, no results. Numerous emails have not been responded to and their phone call back system is a joke. No wonder their firearms are priced cheap. I have called ***** * ******** customer service a few times and have never been on hold more than 5 minutes.
Do yourself a favor and buy a quality product like ************, *****, or ****.
Avoid Taurus and Rossi unless you want to have a throwaway product.Taurus USA

If I could give them no stars I would. Sent my RS22 in for repair they’ve had it for about two months haven’t heard anything back. Tried emailing about 10 different times with no response. Tried calling 3 different times couldn’t get ahold of anyone was on hold for over an hour. One of the times it was right when they opened and kept getting the recording due to high call volume waits might be longer. That’s a lie because they just opened. I just want an update on my repair. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had it’s non existing from Rossi/Taurus. I would never recommend them to anyone and I would never buy another of their product again. They have plenty of time to post on Facebook but not respond and help their paying customers. The new system excuse is ridiculous and I would be embarrassed using that as an excuse as a business. Shouldn’t take month for it to get sorted out.Taurus USA

This is a follow up review up from an earlier customer review about Taurus. History: Taurus accepted my order for the ** ********** *** on 1/**/25. Weeks later after multi attempts to call Taurus (no one will answer the phone) I bit the bullet and spend 90 minutes of "on hold" before someone finally answered the phone. The person who finally answered my call told me Taurus has my kit in stock!!!! Taurus would ship in order received and I would receive a tracking number. Well, it is 3/2/25 and still have not received what I ordered and no response from Taurus. My credit card was charged and Taurus has been paid!
Scroll down and you will see under **** * on 2/5/25 Taurus response. "We have your order and we are working diligently to ship orders in the order they were received. An estimated time to receive order is 1 to 2 weeks." Well it is a month later and still no kit nor response from Taurus.
At what point does a company reach a point of legal accountability? No need for another Taurus automated corporate apology response! Given such horrible customer service Taurus has now damaged their reputation.
Their web site still list "out of stock". I am convinced the customer service person who finally answered my call didn't have any way of knowing if my slide was actually in stock and she likely lied when she said it was in stock just to appease.
I own ** Taurus handguns and have many times spoken praises for their Reliability. Going forward all I can do and will do is speak the truth about my experience and that of others whom I read avout who are experiencing similar problems. Taurus does not deserve a "One" satisfaction. Buyer beware!Taurus USA

Id give a less than a one if I could. Extremely poor customer communications after sending something in for repair. No status at all for 2 months! Received? Queued? In progress? Parts ordered? Awaiting testing? Shipped to customer? Tracking number? For a place as small as Taurus USA, an ERP deployment should not make everything in the supply chain and customer service chain go to shit. Yet the emails I keep getting since January keep blaming their piss poor fire arm repair status reporting on ERP? Will never recommend this company for damn sure. Their leadership team needs to fix and internalize that one dissatisfied customer tells 9 other people. And one satisfied customer tells 25.
