We recently transitioned to a new ERP system, and this caused an increase in volume. We looked into your order, and it was 1 of the many we had issues with when we uploaded it.       Ordered a laser site for my Taurus hand gun 25 Dec 2024 for ***** and have not received the order. When I log in to check the order status the order no longer exists. My CC was charged 26 Dec 2024. Attempts to contact support to track the order are unacceptable. Sent email to Support and no response. Called Support and sat on hold for 3 hrs until I gave up.

      The products seem decent. The problem is its impossible to get in contact with customer service. They dont answer the phone or respond to emails.

      The gun I bought shoots okay but I've only bought it for the rebate it came with. They sent the original rebate out pretty quick. But the issue is the code they gave me did not work. So now I've been trying to get my rebate for over a month and I'm still not able to get. I contacted them the other day and got no response for a while that I put myself in the call back queue. And I got called back like 4 hours later and they seemed helpful they told me to reply to an email with certain info which I did and now I am still waiting for a response. As of today 2/ 17/2025 I've been on hold for over 2 hours and cannot put myself in the call back queue. It says unable to make callback request.

      I bought 3 items from the shoptaurus 2 **** and ***** they never contacted me never shipped i contacted them never received any response send emails no response after 6 weeks call again wait more than and hour by phone asking for my refund which is around $ 160.00 and the same as always no refund no response I will try this week of Valentine's to check if they reimburse my or I will take this to an high level of scam

      **Disappointing Experience with ShopTaurus – Poor Customer Service**
      I had a frustrating experience with **ShopTaurus**, and I cannot recommend this company due to its lack of customer service and responsiveness. I placed an order expecting a smooth transaction, but what I received was nothing but delays and unanswered inquiries.
      After waiting well beyond the estimated delivery time, I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and their contact form, but **I never received a single response**.
      I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, **don’t expect any help**. There are plenty of other reputable online stores that value their customers—unfortunately, this is not one of them. **Avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere!**

      Taurususa took my money (about $***) over a month plus ago and are not communicating. No tracking. No order status (the website went down, and now the link to my order tracking is dead). Hours and hours spent over the last few weeks calling and no one ever answers the phone. I can't get any responses about my order status after weeks and weeks of emails. The money is gone, and now it appears Taurususa doesn't care to respond or help. They stole my money atthis point, and I can't even get anyone to respond or answer the phone or emails.

      Probably the worst customer care teams around, ordered a holster jan *** and still havent recieved any info or updates and its now feb ***. Ive called atleast a dozen times and waited on hold for over an hour everytime to get told "yes my order is on file and it says it will be shipped out soon" just a tactic i guess to waste your time and discourage calls , ive been on hold today for 2 hrs now ..ill be making a ******* video to show how "customers" are treated , i wont be buying anything else from them , just stick to PSA who are reliable and customer service is great

      Order was placed on December ** 2024 order was processed and then nothing. Consumer service is completely useless all they keep saying is try again at the end of the week. Nothing has been resolved on this issue and when you call they tell you there’s nothing they can do on their end and they tell you to re-order and it does not allow you to re-order anything website is the Worst website on the Internet. The company doesn’t hold themselves responsible for any of the mistakes and confusion they have. I recommend to never buy Taurus products again. Worst company out there.
