      I bought a new Taurus ****** *** on 11/**/2024 and had to send it back the same day did not get to fire it they still have my gun and they told me it was repaired 3 weeks ago they will not answer the phone or respond to text messages this is ridiculous I don’t understand how they stay in business what a joke now it’s 2/3/25 and they don’t care about their customers at all

      My wife bought me a Taurus **** standard ******* for Christmas. I went out to shoot it with quality ammo. Shot horrible. Found out they had barrel issues. Contacted Taurus and was told I could return the barrel for a factory new one. Was given a shipping label and returned it. Yesterday received package from Taurus that had a magazine in it. After waiting 54 minutes I spoke to a customer representative today. She stated it was documented i sent a magazine back!! Despite logic and reasoning ( can't use a magazine without a barrel) i was told several times I sent a magazine back and a person in cooperate will contact me in 1-2 days. Unfortunately, my wife does not know the history of Taurus . I WAS BASICALLY CALLED A LIAR!

      Fired a new ******** a couple of times and the frame split. I've been trying to call and email for 2 weeks to get it in for replacement or repair and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return email. Will NEVER purchase another Taurus.

      I have used this company for sometime. About a month ago their website went down. It was down for 2-3 weeks. When it came back up, all my account information was gone.
      I had placed an order before the website went down. Now I have been trying to contact them about my order.
      They do not answer the phone. They do not answer the emails I sent. No response whatsoever.
      Here is the rub. I sent them $45.74. They have my money.
      All I want is my money returned or my product they haven't sent. Either will work for me.
      I checked other reviews and all have the same problem. No response by phone or email.

      My firearm has been with Taurus getting repaired since late October of 2024. I just want it returned to me but the communication has been VERY poor and inadaquate to say the least. This has been months and I am no closer to a resolution as I was when I first contacted them about the issues I was having. VERY poor service and produc. NEVER again.

      Purchased a firearm and was approved for the “****** *** *****” promotion. However, the magazines offered in the promotion are listed on the website as “Out of Stock”. Sent an email to Customer Service approximately three days ago asking for assistance with this issue. No reply. Tried calling Customer Service numbers multiple times during normal business hours but received an automated message saying that the office was closed and I should call back during normal business hours. Called this morning and finally reached an automated menu. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes I hung up; I have things to do today apart from waiting to see if anyone takes my call. Lack of communication via email, out of stock promotional products and inability to reach a Customer Service Representative after 30 minutes on hold add up to an extremely poor experience. I will not be purchasing another Taurus firearm, and will share my experience with others thinking of purchasing a Taurus.

      They had a magazine rebate offer that I submitted and got approved for. I was emailed a code to enter a checkout for the magazines. First they were out of the magazines for several weeks and before they got them back in stock they shut the website down for another two weeks. When the website finally came back up in the magazines are supposedly in stock that could that they sent me is invalid. I have called them better than I have a dozen times and they will never answer the phone or call me back and I have send multiple emails with no response. This company is a total joke and I will never buy another Taurus firearm.

      Terrible customer service at rossi/taurus i went online they said i did not have orders pending i have a receipt of my transaction with my credit card no one answers
      Phone at customer service i ordered some parts about a month ago no emails no calls
      No tracking they just took my money

      I think what is most frustrating is the lack of communication. I understand the website was down due to a redesign. So we waited... and waited. Empty promises "We anticipate the webstore being back up sometime this week." Finally it is up, but guess what. The promo code you were sent does not work. So you think, no big deal. I will just call and get this figured out. Nope. No one answers the phone. No one returns emails. They have time to post on social media, but not to respond to their upset customer base.
      All it would take is a quick message. "Sorry for the wait, we are working hard to correct the issues. We understand your frustrations."
      But.... Crickets.

      Returned a 120$ laser sight for my pistol because i accidently ordered the wrong one and they refuse to give me a refund it's been about 4 months now back and forth with them.

      BBB, thank you for the opportunity to address ****s concerns. **** purchased his order through *******. With *******, the customer has to return the entire order for the contract to be cancelled and for ******* to refund him. The refund is not processed through Taurus.

      I tried calling to sort this issue out to see if I can still refund the rest of the items but was on hold for over an hour and a half before I was disconnected. I was told though about a month ago I did not have to return the whole order but if it means I get my money back I will gladly return the rest of it and if it's to late then please send me back the item I tried returning because this isn't fair to me to be out of the item AND the money it feels very shady to me multi million dollar corporations are fighting this hard to scam me out of $120
