      Sent my .44 ********* in after only 200 rounds. The insert surrounding the firing pin had holes in it. Waiting weeks before anyone even looks at it. Tried calling in and waited on the phone for 48 minutes and no one answered. As of this review the status is “Logged and waiting for repair” after almost 3 weeks. Still have no idea why the long wait. Absolutely last Taurus.

We are currently in our busy season so the wait may time is longer than normal. Your firearm was deemed unrepairable and we offered you a new replacement. You accepted the replacement and it was delivered in March.

      I I placed an order and after 3 weeks I never received it after being given a shipped notification with no tracking. It took 2 weeks for them to respond to my request to contact me. They made a mistake on the shipping label and my order is still on the way back to them. Customer care stated they can do nothing until it is processed after return. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

      BBB, thank you for the opportunity to respond to **. ********** concerns. The package was marked as insufficient address by the US postal service. The address on the label was exactly how **. ********* input it into our system. No mistake was made on our end. Since we can confirm that the order is on the way back, we can provide another order at no cost but if **. ********* would like a refund, the item has to return so it can be processed back into inventory before the refund can be issued.

      I am unhappy with Taurus USA. I purchased a Taurus *** and day one, with not even 50 rounds through it lost the sight screw. I called the company, as it would be covered under warranty to replace the missing part. I eventually had to make a purchase of the replacement part, $1.99. Not a big deal, plus about $8-9 shipping. After my order was not shipping, I asked for a refund. They proceeded to notify me, after my item was still in their possession, I would only get a refund of $1.99 as shipping is non-refundable. They never shipped my product?! Why would I have to pay for shipping?! They are either too lazy to do their job or they are scamming people. I am completely unsatisfied with Taurus USA and would not be purchasing from them in the further.

      BBB, thank you for the opportunity to address Ms. ******’s concerns. We placed a no charge order on 1.2.24 for a rear sight screw for a G2C for Ms. ******. This was delivered on 1.16.24. Ms. ****** then placed an order for a rear sight screw for a different firearm on 1.20.24 and attempted to cancel the order but it had already shipped. We do provide full refunds if shipping was not our error. In the event that an order cannot be cancelled and ships anyway, we do not refund the shipping. The order for the rear sight screw for the other firearm was delivered on 1.29.24.

      American made? Lifetime warranty? Brand new handgun, special ordered and problems as soon as I took it out of the box. Quality control? I get the impression it’s the consumer. They must have a lot of problems. On hold with customer service for 20 minutes only to request a call back 3 hours later. Would anyone wait a week for tires to be changed on a vehicle? Why should one wait 4 weeks turn around on a quality product? The whole company should be revamped.

We are more willing to provide services to evaluate the firearm and repair if necessary. Our call volume is high around this time of the year as this is our busy season and our evaluation/repair timeframe is 4 weeks, sometimes this can be earlier. Turnaround time is dependent upon volume.

      They sent me the wrong laser and refused to allow me to return it for an exchange! They cost me 100 dollars for their mistake and I lost 100 dollars. I spoke with their customer representative and she refused to allow me exchange for the correct laser for my gun. Be warned this company is not one to do business with ever. They stole from me and refused to correct their mistake in my shipment. Companies that do this to customers need to be exposed for their dishonest tactics.

Mr. ***** called into Customer Service on 1.18.24 and indicated that his laser would not fit and he stripped one of the screws when attempting to install. We do not exchange orders when damage has been caused to the order by the customer.

      I sent a Revolver to Taurus for repair do to Manufacturers defects and they could not repair the firearm. This gun was Purchased in the 90s and Barely used. It's a very good condition no Wear at all. It was looked at by a local Gunsmith and determined that it was made with this defect from the factory. They give me the option of taking a credit for 350.00 To spend out their store. The gun would sell for 450.00 on the open market so that's a loss. Then when I asked for the gun back they informed me that they may make it Unusable and send a letter with it that says they are not responsible for it anymore. In short the warranty is trash and they don't stand behind there own mistakes. I just asked for a replacement firearm and they tried to make more money off me for an unsafe firearm they sent out to start with.

      The purpose of a safety on any firearm is to eliminate accidental triggers. There's no such thing as an internal safety. That's Taurus' way of making profit from a production flaw. MONEY AIN'T EVERYTHING!!!

The G3C that Mr. Matthews purchased has a non manual safety which means that there is not a safety feature viewable on the frame of the firearm. However, the G3C is equipped with a trigger safety and an internal striker block safety.

      Taurus is a gypsy company. As long as they make a dollar, nothing else matters their production flaw on the g3c (no safety) turned into them saying there's a internal safety. ****! If anyone out there has had any problems with SUE TAURUS!!!

      I placed an order with Taurus USA in mid November. As of today it is still marked as “awaiting shipment.” The first time I contacted Taurus it was blamed on a computer glitch. After repeated emails trying to get this resolved I can see it’s not going to happen without a third party getting involved. At this point I just want the order cancelled & my money refunded. I wish I would have been smart enough to read the reviews of this company before purchasing anything.

Our packages normally take 7 to 10 business days to receive but we did have a delay in shipping the order. For this, we sincerely apologize. If Mr. Weatherford would like to receive a full refund, we will provide a shipping label at our expense to receive the items back. We will reach out to Mr. Weatherford no later than Thursday 12.14.

      If I could give a zero star rating on this company, I would! Unfortunately I have to give them a one star just to submit a review! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY to order from! Quick to take your money, but you never get your product!! You sit on hold for eons waiting for a customer service representative to pick up the phone until you finally hang up!! Placing an order is as pointless as trying to get support from Taurus, you won't get either!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Our orders take 7 to 10 business days to receive not including days we are closed for holidays. The order was delivered within the 7 to 10 business day time frame.
