    I arrived to Union General Hospital in *********** on November 4, 2024, for a couple of procedures ordered by a cardiologist and was told that one of the tests could not be done as it had not been properly scheduled as a nuclear stress test so no tests were done. I had already paid the required $371.52 deposit that morning and was told I could not simply have the amount credited back to my account. So, I waited and waited and finally called on December 2, 2024, again requesting a refund and was told it would be a couple of weeks before I received a refund via check. As of the date of this complaint, and after other calls to accounts payable, I still have not received my money. By the way, I saw another cardiologist after November 4, 2024, who emphatically said the tests ordered were not needed and I already was on a proper medication regimen. Apart from the issue of unnecessary tests being ordered and my time being wasted coming to the hospital that morning and in subsequent efforts to recover my money, I am upset about Union General converting/diverting my money. $371.52 is still owed to me.

    I accept Union Generals belated response and crediting the money back to my account as I first requested months ago which response came only after I pursued multiple avenues for redress.   To say I am completely satisfied would be misleading and inaccurate but you may close out this matter and thank you, BBB.
