    Website: ************************************ [ ******************** (Owner: ******************) has two stores, The one I went to get my car service is located at 5656 Buford Hwy ********, ** ***** ]*****************************************************************************************************************************I went to this car repair shop on Jan 8, 2024 for my Engine light issue (************** at 5656 Buford Hwy ********, ** *****). The owner, ******************, informed me that my car had the following issues: The engine light problem, ******* in the oil made the oil discolored (twice the oil change), Air bump needed to be replaced, and before he could begin work on my car, there would be a charge of $1,200. However, shortly after picking up my car and driving for just three minutes, the engine light reappeared. This incident suggests that they did not properly inspect the car before returning it to me. I promptly returned the car to the shop and left it with them for a total of 9 days. They were still unable to resolve the issue, yet they still charged me for their services.___________________________________________________________________________Furthermore, during their handling of my vehicle, they caused significant damage. The front struts collapsed, resulting in a loss of suspension absorption and excessive bouncing over bumps. The only solution to rectify this issue is to replace both front struts, The air conditioner no longer works, it only blew out the air now, and the *** light is on. In total, I had to spend $2,700 at the Chevrolet Dealer to address the repairs that ************** failed to resolve and to fix the damage done to my car. I am expecting for the reimbursement of $4,530 (Refund $$1,192.17 from this place + Chevrolet Dealer charge $2,662.76 + $528 for Car rental + $145 Towing service)___________________________________________________________________________On Jan 17, 2024 Upon further investigation, I discovered that according to the ******* Secretary of State, the owner operated two car shops. However, the one I visited was not listed, indicating that the business license had expired in 2015. Upon contacting the **************** court clerk, I learned that they had located the address under a different business name. When I attempted to obtain the business license for verification purposes, the establishment refused to provide it, despite my persistence.
